The staff were incredible! From the front desk to the manager of R-Bar, they were always attentive. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable when we chose to have a day in. Breakfast spread was good with local and international options...although I would have liked stronger coffee haha. The location is directly next to many eateries and Metro station so its superbly convenient to get anywhere.

The pillow. A bit too soft. And for the week that we were there, the lift was quite the challenge because we had to take the lift UP to the 57th floor (lobby) first then take another lift DOWN to our room. Haha. We found that quite funny but the views up there and even in our rooms were breathtaking!

Mean on drinks in the executive lounge. Only bring more drinks out when it’s almost empty . Need to ask to fill the wine/beer container. Snacks in the lounge also no choice but just some fruits,

You have to wear a hair cap to use the swimming pool . This isn’t the 60’s anymore, please remove this obsolete rule

Everything is nice about this hotel and I will definitely return for another staycation later. The lounge is worth the extra charge and the food is hot.

The indoor pool is okay but the water was not warm enough.

House keeping didn’t wash the whisky glass though out the stay despite making effort to put at basin 3 pax stayed but always only provide 2 set of toothbrushes

The property is new, the view it’s amazing ,staff very attentive to customers. Also the hotel has the area to keep luggage if your flight is late.
