Breakfast was excellent. And location is perfect. And the general ambience is super. It is very well maintained.

The service could have been more professional. While the staff were eager to please, coordination problems were obvious. It took us over 25 minutes to get the omelette we asked for during breakfast and they got only one when we had ordered two. It took 90 minutes to clear dishes from our room and give us water after several calls to Room Service/Reception. In fact calls to Room Service were invariably picked up by reception who were always apologetic. I think the management of Golden Tulip needs to get its act together

Modern and exceptionally.clean. Great welcome and service from the moment you arrive until you leave. A special thanks to Manoj Das and Hrushikesh in the restaurant that made me feel so welcome and treated me like a member of the family. Food is very good and priced very reasonably for a hotel. I will most definitely be back. The equipment in the gym was modern and new.

Entire staff was amazing. I had a very pleasant stay flet like home. Hotel staff were very helpful and they always greet you with a smile. I travel a lot stayed in many hotels but surley this was on of the best experience. Geart job keep it up.

Lovely large room, hot shower, very comfortable bed.

All the front desk staff, including the manager, need more training. There was also drilling in the hotel every evening, which disturbed our rest.

Room size. It's of good size for movements inside.

It is located just on a busy road. Lack of amenities, lack of a press and iron board inside the room, poor qualities of the toiletries.

Over all stay was comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Staff very courteous.

The location of AC was not proper as cooling was not uniform in the room. Probably fan could have improved.

We mentioned the two name Deepika and Depak who are well groomed in this industry . They are maintained very good gesture with customers.

Please check the mattress which is not in good shape.

Great Hotel. Spacious rooms. Good restaurant. The staff are very good. It is a new Hotel and a very good hotel. One of the better Hotels in Bhopal.

They do not serve alcoholic beverages.
