great location on Main Street Fredericksburg. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfect, the soap in the room smelled great and the shower and towels were perfect. The robe in the room was weird, more like a dress than a spa robe. Think it was a bit expensive though. The lobby bar and The Restaurant were not good.

The bar tender could not make a cocktail. However, aiming to please, he certainly tried but with fail. Ate at The Restaurant for dinner, Terrible and Expensive. The Rack of Lamb was tasteless and too fatty for the price. The Ribeye could not be cut with the knife provided and did not have any flavor either and expensive. The wine list was far too-pricey for being in the Texas wine country. With the hype it was give, was not impressed and give it a 2 out of 5.

The location was great.. one block off the Main Street. They didn't have the entrance marked very well, I didn't see where to turn into the circle drive and wasn't sure where the entrance was. The breakfast was good, the coffee wasn't the best and my coffee was cold but they did go make me a new one. The girl came for turn down service and I asked if she could come back and she never didn't.

The room was nice and big, only a window seat and the bed to sit on. I like a very dark room and we had a window in the bathroom with a glass bath room door so we were up early because of the light coming through the bathroom door. Not sure why they put a window in the door because they had a nice dark window shade in the bedroom but than all the light came in the bathroom door :/

The pool!

Do not get a room in the basement. If the wi-fi doesn’t work (like it happened to us in our first night), your phone won’t have any signal. If you are waiting a call from home or you have a business meeting planned, you will need to find a public space in the building. Besides, our room did not have a desk surface to work.

Location and comfy beds. Coffee by the elevators is king!

1) Room 235 “bedside tables” (aka 2x8 board) are completely inadequate, and too low to boot. 2) Electrical plugs are hard to find under the 2x8…much too difficult for septagenarians. 3) No charging outlets for USB DEVICES.

From moment we pulled up to walking in the ALBERT IS BREATH TAKING. The staff so hospitable and even celebrated us on our anniversary. Very clean and beautiful and love all the little details. Bed was so comfy and room so spacious. The location absolutely perfect.

Great staff, the most comfortable beds and pillows, the shower head is powerful and plenty of hot water

The valet parking fee. If you don’t pay the fee I think you have to park on the street

The staff was excellent. Harrison was very informative and contributed to our overall excellent experience.

The room was spacious and looks very nice, however the furniture is not very comfortable.

The hotel was absolutely stunning! beautifully renovated, perfectly located, with a luxurious room, a high-end pool, and a nice on-site restaurant.

The food menu was limited and could use more variety.

Exceptional hotel and customer service. Rooms were impeccable and beautifully designed. One of the most beautiful hotel rooms I have stayed in.

Nothing to improve!!!

It was from checkin to the checkout a nice experiance, we would come back every time. A total recommondation and worth the stretch if it feels a bit expensive for one.
