Excellent location! The hotel is only two blocks from Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are located. Save time finding a parking spot on Main Street because you can literally walk to everything. Wear comfy shoes because there is a lot of walking in this town. The rooms are very spacious—lots of room! Bigger than I expected, which was nice for three people comfortably. The outdoor sitting area behind the hotel looked nice and relaxing. Will try to enjoy next time. Breakfast was included and there were many options to choose from for hot and cold, and plentiful! They did a wonderful job setting up. The front office, breakfast and housekeeping staff were friendly and nice. They all did a great job! This is also the 290 Wine Shuttle pick up and drop off spot. Very convenient. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

No dislikes. However, I would have liked information about the spa at check in, or maybe I missed it. :)

great location...very nice/clean rooms...excellent staff...great breakfast...picturesque creek side with chairs and tables...pool and hot tub used on prior visit were very nice

rooms that are located on second floor near lobby atrium transmit all noise through the door/walls...one can clearly hear people speaking in the lobby and at the front desk...there needs to be a quiet hour in force at least...the disturbances lasted to midnight on 2 of 3 nights

We were too late for breakfast but when waiting to get checked out it smelled wonderful. The room was very comfortable and I suppose we were in the back side but had a really nice view of the trees and the small creek in the back. Will stay there again when I return to Fredericksburg for a weekend visit.

Parking was a little scarce....and there was a wine tour bus there taking up parking....not sure what that was all about but seemed strange to me.

The Inn could use an update, bathrooms counters and over all decor looks tired. Our curtains in the window had some tiny holes in them, old, old. Room 108 The breakfast was ok, powdered eggs, patty sausage, just ok. Coffee kind weak in my op. There is a nice coffee shop across the street, so that was a minor issue.

I’m extremely thankful to the young man at the desk who honored the better online price, instead of the price I had reserved through a 3rd party. Plus he added our AARP discount.

I was hoping there was an indoor hot tub since they had a spa there. Unfortunately, it was too cold to venture outside to use it.

The breakfast was so good. I was surprised at the selection. We loved the location. We could walk up to Main. The 290 wine shuttle picks you up there too. Will definitely stay there again! Excited to go back and try the pool. The ceiling fan was a much appreciated bonus!

It was good. The location is excellent, as you can walk ip the hill to Fredericksburg. The coffee was great, & we are very picky as to a good cup of coffee. Also, we always tip the breakfast server & the housekeeper. It might be nice to have a sign in the breakfast area to suggest a tip for the server.

The conveince of how close it was to Main st and everything was at your leisure. Zack was a lovely person at the front desk in giving on places to visit and informative on the wine tours. Also the breakfast was a very good variety.

The temperature in the room.

Breakfast was good but could have been warmer. I also missed the availability of Danish products. I did like the fact that the attendant was very attentive in maintaining the quantity of food available.

The warmth of the main course was minimal. Good but not very hot.

The breakfast was delicious and had multiple choices each day that we could choose from. We were also welcomed and helped each morning by the staff to make breakfast even better for us. I definitely recommend.

The traffic was bad from the eclipse but there wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.
