This motel is very quaint. I loved the style. This is an affordable place to stay in Fredericksburg. However, I was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness, hot breakfast, and movie night with all you can eat pizza for $5. I appreciate and support the small business owners who take so much pride in their establishment. I definitely recommend this place as a great, quiet getaway for visiting Fredericksburg.

The only thing I can say is that the TV remote did work fir volume. I was not interested in watching TV, so I did not even bring it up to the owners. I’m sure they would resolved this issue quickly.

First the rooms were well decorated with Beautiful Bedding, Additional and very substantiation pillows, additional blankets, Coffee Makers and Soap/Shampoo and conditioner. Also there was USB connections. The bed was very comfortable and the walls of the room were not thin. I had the breakfast the next morning and it was excellent! Well stocked, great coffee, good breakfast options and a very comfortable dining area. I was very happily surprised and I will be booking again next time I'm in town. (Happens fairly often)

My only complaint was the coffee cups could have been larger. Otherwise I was very happily overwhelmed with the options I could not think of anything I didn't like.

Very clean and well kept.

The only problem with the room was, no grab bars by the bathtub and toilet to close to the floor. This was hard on us as we both have problems with our knees.

I place was close to downtown but not in the busy part. Liked how easy it was to get to the room.

We had a problem with the TV but it was addressed very promptly. Toward the night it did get a little noisy but not so we could not stand it.

Cheapest in town only.

Very outdated hotel. Carpet was torn and seemed dirty. Not enough hot water. Little roaches crawling. Toilet not stable. And the front door second lock did not work, glad no staff came in after hours.

STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY OR MY GRANDCHILDREN. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.

BREAKFAST CONTENT WAS LACKING FOR THE PRICE. BREAKFAST AREA NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. CROWDED WITH ONLY 3 DINKY TABLES. CIRCUIT BREAKER KEPT POPPING AND THE STAFF SAID HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. WHY? DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

Great location. Clean comfortable room. Friendly and accommodating Texan hosts.

The hot tub could use an update. A fresh waffle maker would be much better than the toaster waffles and pancakes offered.

It was very convenient, and the staff was very nice and willing to help me even though it was really late

Location

Walls are thin and we had a problem with very noisy neighbors at 1am. We called manager and he got them to settle down.

One level, dog friendly, pleasant people/staff, and nice location.

Didn’t have eggs & waffles/pancakes at breakfast.
