Got there an hour and a half earlier than cheeck in time. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and checked us in but did specify that our room was going to be ready at 3pm, which was still convenient and helpful. We got to go have lunch and come back directly to our room whit out having to stop by the front desk again. Overall, room was very clean. Ice machine had plenty of ice.

The milk was initially sour. It was quickly replaced with a new jug immediately by the staff. I loved the warm syrup for the waffles (the best). The sausage looked grayish & not fully cooked so we did not try it. Fresh eggs would be preferred. Additional options like bacon, hashbrowns, or fresh fruit options would have been great. There is not enough variety for people with food allergies to have options.

The room was clean and comfortable. I asked for a single king-size bed. The sheets and pillows smelled clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and shower was clean with plenty of clean towels . AC worked just fine and quiet. The furniture was nice and not outdated . The couple that runs the place are very nice and friendly.

The managers and staff and housekeeping make up for some other minor items (not so good cutting lines on bathroom paint job. But the facility was neat, clean, furniture clean, bed comfy, location quiet and no one bothered us and it never felt unsafe in any way.

Nothing worth complaining about. It’s a motel.

The only thing we didn’t really like, and it wasn’t a big deal at all, was the quality of the shampoo and conditioner. It wasn’t horrible, it just wasn’t what we were used to

The breakfast was ok. the rooms were very nice. I just spent three disappointing nights at a Surestay by Best Western in Texas. I was pleased to see that your establishment was 100% better.

Small dining area. your pictures did not show that the rooms were on an uphill elevation which was not easy for someone with disabilities like myself.

We only stayed for one night. The staff was very pleasant. The room was very clean provided plenty of pillows and sufficient hair and skin products. I like how the living room was a little separated from the bed.

I don’t have anything to complain about.

hot breakfast was offered with waffles! Hotel room was very clean and had plenty of towels. Pool was clean. IT was quiet and only about half a mile or so from main street. The Mexican food restaurant across the street was fantastic though they are moving to Washington street. HEB is just down the street as well. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. They have Direct TV which was awesome!

The location was fine. It was a long walk (and outside) to the breakfast area. The food was ok….it looked like powdered eggs in a bag that were microwaved. Sausage was microwaved. Not very appetizing when both of these are prepared in front of the guests.

.. hotel run by the family.. first interface a youth took care and provided me room as its booked (first floor since we have two bicycles).. spacious, clean and standard amenities room as advertised.. met very kind hotel owner (and his uncle) who love to plant and maintain beautiful flowers.. had a very enlighten conversation about old Indian movies and yoga practices.. the standard breakfast.. and the nice communicative lady when we checked out.. definitely will stay at same hotel when visiting Fredericksburg.. my wife “nodded”.. namaste.. sukriya.. 😃🙏🏼
