The place was nicely decorated and very welcoming. Everything was clean. The staff was friendly. The hot breakfast in the morning was very good. The rooms were in great shape and everything worked and had a really nice bathroom and shower. And the staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel to the Fredericksburg downtown is excellent.

I cannot think of anything that would’ve been really better. I personally would like to have a firm mattress and not a soft or pillow top mattress since I have a bad back. But everything was very nice. We will definitely stay there again when we come to Fredericksburg.

They had a nice variety and different options daily for breakfast. It was always delicious! The indoor pool was very nice and we used it many times. The hotel was clean and the front desk staff was always cheerful. Sean at the front desk was especially helpful to us in offering suggestions for restaurants, attractions, and answering our questions.

They were extremely accommodating. The staff was great! The breakfast reminded me more about Pandemic Era precautions, such as pre-packaged foods, but other than that, it was a wonderful experience!

I would have appreciated a full and cooked up breakfast. Being in a German-influenced town, a nice German inspired breakfast would have been amazing! For nearly $300.00, I assumed a little higher-end. That should not detract from the excellent service provided by the staff. I would definitely stay there again!

The staff was helpful and nice and the room was great! The room where we ate breakfast was nice and quiet after breakfast and we could meet people comfortably without distractions. It was nice to have access to laundry facilities.

I wish the breakfast had more variety. We stayed for almost a week and the breakfast was the same every day (and my go to, the oatmeal, was awful) The clothes washer was finicky and I was never sure if it was going to run. I felt like I had to put my credit card in at least twice to get it to run.

The room was lovely, very comfortable, the bathroom exceptionally clean and well-appointed. Loved the shower. I liked the breakfast (pre-made and wrapped mini-quiche (I had that and it was very good for pre-made) my partner, who prefers a hearty, freshly made breakfast did not; he had both the bagel sandwich and the English muffin sandwich, both with egg, cheese and a meat but found both lacking. I thought, given the ongoing COVID concerns, the breakfast was pretty well done. There was also the usual selections of making your own waffle, yogurt, etc. Additionally, I had requested a room above the first floor and the desk clerk graciously put us in a lovely room on the 3rd floor well away from the elevator and the ice machine.

I guess I will speak for my partner in that he would have preferred a better breakfast. The second morning we went to a nearby cafe' where we had eaten on previous trips to Fredericksburg and had breakfast there. Everything else was fine other than the elevator had an amazingly loud bell for each floor and when the doors opened. We were VERY happy our room was well away from that!

The pillows were awful. We normally take our own but forgot and we paid the price. They need to upgrade the pillows. Also they could t keep up with the breakfast crowd. Multiple times there were 4-6 people standing waiting on coffee and food.

Location was close driving distance to Main Street. Overall the facilities looked pretty clean. Friendly person at check-in desk.

The couch in our room just looked slightly dirty (particularly the part where your legs would touch). The rest of the room seemed totally fine.

The pool needs to be taken care of a little bit. Also the website says you have a pool and a spa. We were looking forward to some relaxing time at the spa, but there was no spa

When I booked the room, the description said it was a suite with a sleeper sofa. When we got there it was a king room with one bed. Also, the hot breakfast items were very bland.
