The property is located in a very quiet and picturesque part of Kasauli - away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. We had booked the Orchid 3 Bedroom Cottage that was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff at the reception and restaurant were always very friendly, helpful and provided quick service. Food at the restaurant was superb and reasonably priced. We stayed at this property for 4 nights, ate breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and loved both the food and service every single time.

Last few kilometers of the approach road to the hotel is quite bumpy, as it is located in a remote village of Kasauli. At the property, there were some maintenance issues (related to carpet / upholstry maintenance and AC temperature control in one of the rooms) that we pointed to the management staff - they promptly acknowledged and said they would get them addressed. For a cottage of this size, we expect self-laundy option (ie washing machine and dryer) provided in the cottage, which is very helpful for longer stays or large groups

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Velmore Kasauli! Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly warm, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, offering a perfect blend of taste and quality. The property itself is stunning—beautifully maintained, peaceful, and offering breathtaking views. The staff is very hospitable especially Aastha ,Pankaj & Akshay. The food is too delicious. Its a perfect getaway for a couple as the rooms are spacious and the views are amazing.

The approach road to the hotel needs a repair.

Location was perfect in the heart of kasauali outside of main attraction. Breakfast was good.

Excellent property. New. Excellent bathroom fittings. Excellent facilities. Thoughtfully provided golf carts. Staff always ready to be of assistance. Best part is the sky bar and the evenings spent there. Good gentry. Special mention for Aastha and Shubham.

Location. From Dharmapura, once you turn off the highway it’s too much in the interior and the roads are non existent for most parts. Torture on the car and the passengers!
