My stay at Step Inn hotel in Kazbegi was nothing short of exceptional. What truly sets this property apart is its amazing staff, incredible location, fantastic sauna, and the best cuisine in Kazbegi. We traveled all the way from London, and our journey was well worth it. The hotel staff members were remarkably friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. From the warm welcome at check-in to the constant, genuine smiles throughout my stay, each interaction was a delight. They were always available to provide recommendations, make arrangements, and ensure that every detail was taken care of with utmost professionalism and personal touch. Their hospitality made us feel at home and truly enhanced the overall experience. The location of the hotel is breathtaking. Nestled amidst the stunning mountains of Kazbegi, the view from my room was nothing short of spectacular. Waking up to the majestic sight of Mount Kazbek was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is perfectly situated to explore all the natural beauty and outdoor activities that the region has to offer, from hiking trails to serene viewpoints. The hotel's sauna is fantastic and provided the perfect relaxation after a day of exploration. The soothing environment and top-notch facilities were a rejuvenating treat. There's honestly nothing I didn't like about this property. I can't believe some people would give this hotel low scores – it was truly exceptional!

The place is new. Apartments are comfortable. Beds are just great, two very comfortable pillows per person. I did not wanted to get up from it. I stayed in Rooms Kazbegi for a few times before and I would say that Step Inn apartments are way better than what you got for 1,5x-2x price in Rooms. Breakfasts are just amazing. Eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, freshly baked bread, jams, juice, coffee. We took most of our breakfast to our trip and it was enough for almost whole day. We had a great evening dinner an a terrace with unbelievable view and delicious dishes. But the main thing of this place are people. They are doing everything to make sure you will have the most relaxing and great time. All of them, but especially the guy, who woke up early in the morning to make a wonderful breakfast for us and was so kind that we wanted to give more good to people by ourselves. Will definitely stay there again and will recommend to friends.

Family numbers are good, but view on mountain is a bit blocked by A-frame houses. You can still see Kazbeg from, but if you're looking for a great view, I would recommend renting apartments at top floors of the main hotel building. There is a playground with grass, which should be really great for kids and dogs, but it would be great to make it completely isolated - add gate/wicket for a stairs and fence around the stairs, to make sure dog will not run out up to hotel main building. Also it will be great to add more hangers to apartments.

The hotel is new, very clean, quiet and relaxing All the staff are nice, friendly and have great morals, the attention to the guest was great as they look for your comfort I thank Mr.kakhaber for the reception as well as all the staff in the restaurant and the distinguished employee Mr.gio he was very kind، And the employee Miss.keto,, And also the young man who helped us carry the bags. The food is delicious and they make sure you like the food Also, to live in a new hotel is a great experience The location of the hotel is excellent and the view is amazing. I will come back to stay in this hotel again

Great view from the 1st floor, which is right above the restaurant. Friendly staff. Enjoyable breakfast at mornings, which is fine for its price in our opinion. Swimming pool is ok, small, but there's usually not much guests at the pool's room. Room is good, soft bed, bed linen is clean. Bathroom has got all the necessary stuff. There is a road behind the hotel going to the Ioane Natlismcemeli church and if you get to it, there are paths deeper to the mountains where you can find Mountain walter streams and couple of waterfalls.

At the restaurant part of the ordered dish was missed once, but after pointing it out it was cooked and delivered later. Having an air-conditioner in the room would be nice, although it's not a huge problem if you open the balcony door for fresh air.

The hotel itself is very nice, clean, modern and beautiful, little swimming pool area was very pleasant. But the best part of this hotel is its employees!! The most helpful, friendly and supportive people! We felt like at home. Special enormous THANK YOU to Lika, hotel manager, and Nino, restaurant manager.

A bit upsetting was the set up of the family room. Family room a duplex room on two levels and the upper level is considered a master bedroom, there is windows in the roof which does not has shades. Hotel staff did their best to help us to create darkness, but in any case it meant that we were awake with first rays on sun early in the morning. Besides, family rooms at least on pictures had one of the best Mountain Views, but in reality in front the window and the terrace there are cottage houses, that close almost all the view. We were really sad to find that out. View from a cheaper standard room with a balcony was considerably better.

The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. We asked them if we could leave our luggage with them for a day, because we went camping for a day before staying with them, and they happily accepted storing our luggage for us. The rooms are very comfy, sparkly clean, with all necessary facilities, complimentary water bottles and tea. Bathroom shower is huge, and the view from the room is directly at the Gergety Trinity Church.

The hotel is located a bit further from the center, so there's a 10-ish-15 minutes walk uphill to get to it. However, that makes the view from the hotel all the more spectacular. Worth every step! Absolutely recommend!

The restaurant was a disappointment. The food was okay, but lots of positions in the menu were absent. The waiting time of bringing at least beverages was extremely high, so the huge minus was feeling of unprofessionalism of staff. We came to this hotel for our family member’s birthday, but we have had to choose the restaurant in another hotel to celebrate. Also a big disappointment was very small pool which could have been just a hot tube.

This hotel is new and has a very clean, sleek and modern design. It is minimalist but has many thoughtful touches like a book exchange, telescope in the lobby, and a small but clean pool area. The bed is comfortable and the location is perfect for exploring the mountains.

We stayed in a family room and whilst it had what we needed, there were many elements not really finished or annoying for a hotel of this price. For example, - the shower screen is not long enough so water floods the bathroom - there are no shutters on the windows meaning it’s super bright when you wake up - the room size is a bit awkward and there isn’t enough space to put luggage - you have to pay extra to use the sauna and book it in advance - the pool is very small in comparison to the images on the website - the rooms aren’t cleaned unless you tell staff - the staff can be really rude (but helpful when you ask them), and many of them don’t speak English - the restaurant on site doesn’t have many options but there are in the town so this didn’t bother us so much

We enjoyed our stay at step Inn, our room was so warm even during the extreme cold weather of February, our balcony had a great view, breakfast had many options, but sometimes our dishes took too long to prepare. The best thing about this hotel was the in door pool which was heated to a perfect temperature, which allowed us to enjoy the view of the snowy mountains while we bathed in warm water. It's a bit of a walk to reach the shops and the spar supermarket but the hotel provided us with a taxi that can take us up and down the hill for a good price.
