Absolutely wonderful hotel. Staff are exceptional and so welcoming. The grounds are immaculate and the rooms beautiful. Had the best hammam ever. Only wish I could have stayed longer 😔

Taj Atlas is a beautiful, tranquil hotel in a very picturesque setting. It is an hour from Marrakech and we knew how remote it is as we've been to the area before. Definitely rent a car and make sure it's an SUV as you'll do a fair bit of off roading. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and our stay was very nice. It ticked all the boxes for us. The bedrooms are very comfortable, beds are perfect and the housekeeping staff are excellent. We recommend going for dinner at the nearby Capaldi Hotel which is just 15 minutes away.

The pool isn't heated, but most in Morocco are not, but just so you know in advance. We were there in October so it was pretty cold! Bring dirham cash in advance as our bank cards did not work in the ATM machine in reception. The WiFi can be a bit in and out but mostly it's ok. The food is basic Moroccan but fresh and made daily. You need to allow 1-2 hours from when you order to when you receive your food. We would have liked to see a smaller menu that changed a bit during the week. The same menu every day for lunch and dinner was a bit boring. Also some more alcohol options, more wine choices would be good.

Was upgraded to a family suite with own veranda leading straight to the pool. Large room with super king size bed that was extremely comfortable. The grounds and gardens are well maintained with plenty of space to relax. it is away from the road so there is no noise of traffic - complete tranquility!

it is remote (2km by track from the main road) and 10km from the nearest village (Amizmiz) so you are dependent on taxi to go anywhere. however the food and drink at the hotel are very reasonable and there are plenty of options for excursions.

If you're looking for a relaxing stay, some peace and quiet time, this is perfect! The staff is friendly and prices are very reasonable. Very green and quiet pool with a nice view. Perfect to relax. We had a bigger room which was very spacious. The place is not perfect, but price/quality wise it was one of our best stays here in Morocco.

There is not much to do around the hotel. You can book some excursions / day trips for sure but need a car or taxi which is easily arranged at the desk.. We stayed for 3 days which was perfect for us

It's the third time we stay in Taj Atlas and it's always a pleasure! The staff is extremely kind and very welcoming, they make you feel at home. The pool is big, clean and very nice. The location is just perfect for a couple's getaway, far away from the city and its stress. Breakfast is pretty good, and the menu is not bad either. We love spending at least 3 days there whenever we need to relax and disconnect from the world.

Our room was close to the kids pool so it was hard to take naps during the day. We would've wanted more privacy. We could hear our neighbours and the cleaning ladies were also very loud in the mornings. The rooms could be upgraded, with more comfortable pillows, beds and nicer duvets.

I loved how remote it was and so quiet and peaceful and some amazing views. Swimming pool was lovely and all staff were friendly especially the security named Muhammad, he went above and beyond for us anything we needed he was there to help he also cleaned our car, this guy deserves a promotion.

The only issue was the small pool outside our room was not filled due to some tiles falling of this would've been perfect if it was usable unfortunately it did not get fixed until the day we left but this did not affect our stay as the big pool was lovely.

I absolutely LOVED the hotel! If you are looking for some sunshine and serenity then I would 100% recommend this place. It is small, but the grounds are beautifully maintained. The hotel décor is exceptional and you can truly relax in the peace, the only noise that there was, was the birds chirping all day long! All the staff are incredible and always very helpful. Next time I need some sun and to relax and decide to go to Morocco, it will be in this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with lovely swimming pool.

Some staff I tipped individually for their amazing services and making me feel right at home. Whereas some staff expected tips and even disturbed me and my wife on the last night around 11pm whilst we were packing to catch our flight at 6am the next morning. We were disturbed 3 times to which I had to complain at front desk for staff to leave us alone

Taj Atlas is pretty small - perfect for a family with a small baby. The staff were kind and very helpful, always willing to make our stay even better, and accommodate our needs. We’re an extended family of 8 with a small baby and we stayed a week. It was wonderful.

It’s hard to find something negative to say. The menu is a bit restricted because we are all vegetarians. But we’re used to that! Also would have liked some non alcoholic beer on the menu
