You enter the hotel and you are in a different world. It's absolutely serene inside the hotel. Very Japanese feeling as it caters to Japanese clients. The food is one of the best we have had. There is little option of Indian food but still great food. The rooms are lovely (studio rooms) with microwave facility. You can cook your own maggi or heat up a nice dish. The restaurant serves authentic Japanese and sushi. Just loved it. Not to heavy on the pocket but not to light either.

The location... at first we had doubts as Sultan pur is basically an urban village. We had to go through narrow lanes to reach the hotel..which is not a very attractive trait for any hotel. Once inside, things were different.

Room is big and with the kitchen it can be very usefull the swimming pool and the gym center is nice too.

This japanese hotel could have been very pleasant, but the lact of maintenance and sometimes the smell is a shame... the swimming pool look great, but everyone can see it from the reception hall :(((( the restaurant was just average for us, and the breakfast (maybe except the japanese) was not enjoyable...

The front desk staff were unhelpful... didn't want to speak to me in English cos I am South African Indian,they assumed i can speak Hindi.Gave incorrect directions everytime.They didnt want to book an Uber for me because they wanted me to use their Taxi which was 5 times the price.They also didn't respond to my request via Booking.com.
