Bed was quite comfortable, rooms were large, service was excellent, breakfast was very good with nice selection for both Filipinos and foreigners, check-in and check-out was easy, beach was just a short walk from our room. Facilities were very clean.

I hope they will provide an accessible outdoor shower to clean myself of sand after spending time at the beach (could not find one) but they did clean the sand off the toilet quickly. There were signs of water damage on their ceilings and floors but did not see any leaks. The toilet is showing signs of age but fully functional and clean. Hot water did not come out from faucet fast. Walkways around the facilities are not covered for rain (need your own umbrellas).

Room is huge, a bit too big with all that space for 1 and even for 2. Staff keeps it clean. It's comfortable and the ceiling fan + A/C works well. Wifi is good with ample desk space. Breakfast included at the restaurant taste good, and the restaurant is so close by. Pool is nice. Nice big balcony with chairs for ocean gazing. Plenty of parking space. Also very close walk to Nalu camp (where I took surf lessons--look for CJ) and other surf "shops" along the beach. Staff is pleasant, particularly in the restaurant.

TV is small, if you cared about that. Building and facilities definite worn and seen better days. Room isn't temperature proof being so big with non weather-sealed doors, so it can get hot fast. They do NOT have a gym--not sure why I had the impression that they did.

1. facilities - though it was really clean but it needs uplifting 2. female staff at front desk as well as the one answering reservations in ther social medulia need to undergo customer service. need to be more flexible and problem solver. 3. change to LED bulbs as they are more energy-efficient and provide brighter light compared to traditional incandescent bulbs. Choose a higher lumen rating for more brightness. 4. frogs were all over the grass (i am afraid of frogs) i hope you can do something about this.

Excellent Breakfast, but some of the local foods and condiments are not labelled. I don't know what I am eating. Lunch and Dinner are excellent. Some of the local dishes are too sweet for my taste but otherwise they are all tasty. Room: Provides only bath towel in the bathroom, you have to request for hand and face towels. Attentive staffs in the reception area, security personnel, concierge service, bell hops including good service from OJT students in training in the dining area. The tourist guide (Mr. Nelo Glemao Jr) recommended by the hotel was very informative and hospitable. Mr. Nelo, thanks for sharing your Filipino hospitality.

Staff are excellent, pool is awesome, food is outstanding , views are amazing.

Hotel is starting to look a little tired. We were here 4 years ago and everywhere was immaculate, and fresh. We felt some parts of the room and the hotel generally could do with a refurb/refresh and although still reasonable value we felt with the hotel in its current state the rates are over priced. We also requested a working safe as the one in our room wasn't working but the replacement never materialised. Thr fridge was leaking on arrival and we had to clean this up ourselves. No big issues and we would stay again we just were not as impressed as our other visit 4 years ago. We also has our prenuptial wedding photos here and it was awesome but now the hotel is just good.

The pool and the food from the restaurant were definite highlights of our stay. The pool provided a refreshing and enjoyable experience, and the restaurant's food was delicious and satisfying, except the breakfast buffet that seemed quite limited in terms of options and variety.

While I had fond memories from my visit 8 years ago, this time around, the room looked quite outdated and worn. To make matters worse, there was noticeable mold in the bathroom, which was quite off-putting. It's unfortunate that the hotel seems to have lost its charm over the years.

This is a very nice spot. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. There is an excellent pool and if you surf the breaks are just in front of the hotel. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. It is relatively expensive when compared to other nearby hotels, but you get a lot more. Our room also included a free breakfast buffet, which was very good.

Already my second time in the hotel. It is going to be my choice for my third time likely. :-) The beach is right there outside the yard, and it is always fantastic to watch a full moon rise, again.

I had a beach front room last time, but somehow got a room in the building on the back, so there wasn't much of a view. Next time, I shall make sure I get a beach front room.

The room was spacieus enough for our little one. We did not have a room with a nice view but the grass in front of the room was nice for playing outside. The pool with the view on the ocean was very nice and also the restaurant was very good.

The breakfast was extensive however it did not have a lot of european options.

You’re greeted with genuine smiles from staff upon check in up until check out. People were great, place was really spacious and comfortable. Service was awesome and the best part is their food!! Each food that we taste is just remarkable. Kudos to the kitchen team and to the whole staff that helped my partner propose to me. Engagement to be remembered forever!
