The washroom window was not equipped with a privacy glass film, which was a privacy concern. Fortunately, the steam generated from the hot water usage helped in obscuring the view.

The best part about MOCAHM is being an institute of culinary and hospitality management, they are very sincere about upholding the tenets of good management and making the customer experience smooth and comfortable. The rooms are clean and well ventilated. The food served in the in house restaurant scores high both on taste and health parameters. Everyone from the staff including reception, restaurant and cleaning are always ready to address customer needs with a smile. A special kudos goes to Daris Syiemsad who took care of the entire process of checking in, room service, quick resolution of minor issues, billing and checking out with remarkable efficiency. MOCAHM is a definite recommendation for short term accomodation in Shillong.

I wasn't expecting much but this hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were super clean and had attached balcony. We really enjoyed our stay as the staff was super friendly. They listened to our needs and even helped us extend our stay by 2 extra days without any hassle. A great experience overall and I would definitely recommend others.

I was impressed that the food was served in a food wrapper, a detail not often seen even in larger hotels. The staff were incredibly humble, approachable, and provided immediate assistance. I highly recommend this place. It's noteworthy that this isn't just a typical hotel; it's managed and run by aspiring catering students, ensuring a high level of grooming and management.

Stayed there for several nights and also hosted my wedding reception in the banquet hall. The staff was really helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay there.

There is a lot of construction going on around the complex which was noisy sometimes early morning. Also the driveway (steep hill) was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that no complains

Sparkling clean bathroom and very clean room with proper brightness and ventilation. Helpful and positive staff. In Shillong parking is a problem but they have proper shade parking with security. The balcony was spacious. Overall we had a great stay.

price was a bit higher as i paid 4960 for one room where as on normal days it cost 2500 approx.

Breakfast was a little less.but on the last day after informing they provided an awesome breakfast. Nice hospitality overall.
