Wonderful little cabin in Hanksville. The cabin was comfortable and well appointed - it was also well insulated (we were there in December/January, so it was cold outside). Host was super friendly and the onsite (free) laundry was an extra bonus. The laundry machines were really nice and convenient. We arrived a few minutes early and the host very quickly reprogrammed the door locks to allow us in early, which was really helpful. Location was very convenient to locations near Hanksville.

One neighbor was a little loud, but it was very brief. I could see the potential for loud neighbors being a problem when it's nice outside, but we had no complaints for our stay.

If you need somewhere to stay in Hanksville, then stay here. I didn't see the host as all information regarding entry to room is provided electronically and then you enter the room either via a keypad or by using your mobile phone. We had a cabin that was quipped with 2 large beds, full kitchen facilities and a decent shower. Everything is provided if you are self-catering including your own gas bbq outside with bench seating. Duke's Grill over the road is a great place to eat and have a beer, their ribs are just the business!

Hosts were very friendly, warm, and knowledgeable about Goblin Park.

Not ‘biggies’ but 10am check out is a little early (most places are 11) and we’ve never heard of an extra fee if you ask for late check-out. A hairdryer would take this place and all that is provided over the top. Otherwise everything was excellent. Thank you.

The Cabin that we stayed in was so well thought out and very clean. We loved all the little touches, like the bench on the front porch, the kitchen was well equipped including a coffee maker and K-pods. There is no cooktop or oven, which we knew, but there is a microwave and a very nice BBQ grill outside. The Location to Capitol Reef National Park is good. The mattress was very comfortable. The cabin is spacious and was quiet during the night. We would happily stay again.

Right across the street from a good restaurant, and a gas station/mini market very close by. Perfect location. Everything was clean and comfortable. Having washer and dryer availability was a HUGE plus.

This is not even 1/10 of a point of "complaint", but if I HAD to offer a criticism, it would be the shower pressure. Don't get me wrong, it was fine ... I just happen to be one of those people who like a STRONG shower. I still rate the place a 10/10. best accommodation so far approaching the end of a two-week trip.

Among all the accommodation options in this area, I chose this one and have never regretted it. Excellent location - convenient to get by car! During my stay, I was able to visit all the significant and interesting locations in this region. The house was impressive in size, and the beds in it are available for two people with a child to sleep, very soft and comfortable, above all praise! The room itself had everything you needed, including a work area and a kitchen with all the accessories. Excellent bathroom and shower with excellent water pressure. Stunning interior with new accessories and appliances. The host is as friendly, helpful and helpful as possible. And the breakfasts in the restaurant opposite are simply wonderful and varied! I will definitely come back here at the first opportunity!

This was a great spot . Chosen for its location. It was clean, the beds were great, everything worked. The check in and out was nonexistent. You are given a code when you sign up and a cabin number . The folk we saw cleaning and working were very friendly. The location is close to parks . There are restaurants and gas stations nearby All in all a perfect spot for what we wanted

If we could, we would give 11 out of 10 because this place is amazing. Very nice and perfectly clean, great location if someone wants to visit Capitol Reef national park, Goblin valley, and other beautiful places around Hanksville. We highly recommend this place, and will definitely stay there again in the future. Thank you!

These almost brand new cabins were a great, unique experience on our 10 day National Parks road trip. A tiny house living experience. It has a nice kitchen, but we didn't use it. Excellent message communications from the Host on door digital entry, etc. Hey, it's in the middle of nowhere. There aren't many/any other choices, but glad that such a unique property was available. Everything is fresh and new. Try to time your road trip to stay here.

The only minor complaint is that the bathroom exhaust vent is very loud in the living area. Everything else is excellent.

Beautiful cabins, very comfortable after a long week on the river.

I would have given all excellent except for one thing, the linens on the bed! They had been washed with some heavily scented smell that gave me a Migraine immediately and I got the hives on my legs. I am very allergic to scented detergent and dryer sheets. So that was awful. If you have allergies or sensitivities then you may not want to sleep here. It was really bad. Other than that, the place is great.
