We chose to stay in Caineville due to proximity to Cathedral Valley, Capitol reef national park, Bentonite hills & surrounding points of interest. The hotel was clean Rooms spacious Bed comfortable Staff friendly and approachable WiFi great Facilities included a fridge, microwave & tea coffee facilities Motel facilities included a laundry and ice machine Small but sufficient breakfast provided We were in between staying in Torrey or here. After driving through Torrey I’m happy we chose this motel. Torrey does have a few restaurants & 2 gas stations. We went to the Mexican restaurant just before you hit Torrey and the food was nice. It was attached to gas station If you’re planning on visiting Bentonite hills you have to use Hartnet road which requires a vehicle with a 10 inch clearance and you will have to cross a river. Research how to cross a river before attempting this. Check Capitol reef NP website for scenic drive opening dates and enjoy the area!

Pricing is a bit steep since it’s low season now but I get it as they are basically the only option in the area. However it was nice.

The only motel between Hanksville and Torrey. Although expensive (I paid 165 USD per night for two people), still liked it very much because of the friendliness and helpfulness of the person at the front desk (thank you, Dakota, for all the information) and because the motel was in good order, clean, comfortable, quiet. It was great to get a breakfast in such a remote place. Some previous reviews here that breakfast is not adequate, are simply not true. There was enough food for everyone. And the surrounding area is great! Go and find Long Dong Silver and Moonscape Overlook and Swing Arm City!

A little bit too expensive. It was by far the most expensive accommodation during my 2-weeks trip around Southern Utah. From the other hand, I understand the steep price: the place is so far away from the rest of civilization.

The staff here are amazing, so friendly and willing to help out anyway they can! Lei, Niki and Dakota took such great care of us. We had the bad luck to breakdown while out exploring and got stranded in Loa, Lei and Niki came to get us and return us to the Inn. Niki came in on his day off so that Dakota would be able to give us a ride back to Loa in the morning so we could meet our tow out of Wayne county. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided is great, waffles, cereal, toast and bagels. Great coffee too! The property is located within beautiful surroundings, close to Capitol Reef National Park and off-roading attractions such as Cathedral Valley.

This hotel was in the middle of nowhere. It is relatively new and was a nice surprise as it is in the middle of the Capital Reef area of the National Park. Staff was really nice and was able to get me an extra night and downstairs room as requested. Rooms were clean and up to date. Price was great considering where it was located. It is 20 miles in either direction from the nearest town so if you want a full meal be prepared to travel or have you own food. It even had a working ice machine that was outside the hotel to allow for ice for your bottles or ice chest. The Wi-Fi will connect you as cell service was not available due to the location is was at. I would recommend this place for staying if you are traveling in the area of the park and need a nice place to stay or use as a base location while exploring the park.

This was a really nice place. Expecting where it was at it more than met my needs. No issues with the room, staff or hotel.

We were late to check in, and while it took a bit to get ahold of someone, they were very friendly and patient and outlined exactly how we would go about checking in. The front desk staff in the morning was also friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Room was spacious and clean!

I wish a message would have been sent prior to arrival mentioning that check-in only runs to 9pm -- led to a bit of consternation on our end.

A warm, friendly greeting at the end of the long tiring day is welcomed. an efficient check-in. The room is very clean and well provisioned. The bed was comfortable. the bathroom spotless. The breakfast coffee was delicious. Hot fresh waffles. juices, Mandarin, orange cups and healthy bread.

having to stay at other places that are not up to this standard of hospitality, cleanliness and professionalism.

It was very clean, very pleasant and accommodating staff that happily explained how to get to some not so known locations and even gave us a map where he highlighted the way to get there. The location is very calm, we didn’t hear any traffic, even tho the inn is located by a road. The rooms were big and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was really clean and the stay overall was exceptionally pleasant.

The inn was in excellent condition. It was clean and everything in the room worked and was in good order. The location is remote, but has great views and is serene. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the WiFi/internet was fantastic. Who would have thought a property that remote would have optical fiber internet.

The remote location means you need to plan ahead and eat supper on your way in as it is a somewhat long drive to the nearest restaurant.

The staff here is amazing! This hotel is the only one for miles around. We drove in late at night from Monument Valley and couldn’t make it during reception hours. The kind staff left us an envelope with a keycard and a note with all the necessary information. They truly touched our hearts with their care! It made us so happy! We were really worried we’d have to sleep in the car. Thank you so much!

We stayed during our national park tours and the hotel was conveniently located between our destinies. They also had laundry facilities where we could wash our clothes from the past week! Breakfast was not expected but was included, which was nice as the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. We enjoyed our short stay.
