Best is the location, super view of the cliffs. Very close to the Park. Gas station and convenience store next door was also handy. Quiet area and decent facility. Siting areas outside were a nice touch, but some were broken.

I thought the "suite" upgrade was over priced. Instead of two queen beds, you got one and a sofa - same size room, same amenities, although I got a peak at a dresser in one of the regular rooms that we didn't get, but that may have been because of the second window (corner room). While for us, it was a better layout, but not worth the extra money.

Great location, great view. Close to the park and not far from the town of Torrey. Not far from the road, but secluded, so not much noise.

The ice machine is part of the lobby, but that does get locked at night, so you can't access it at times. The AC unit blows into the curtains. I have seen another place have deflectors for those type units. Having something like that would help with the cooling and heating of the rooms, also reduce the overall energy costs for such a simple change.

Lots of small touches made the room very comfortable (reading light over bed, main room light stayed dimmed for a few seconds after being turned off so you could find your way to your bed not in complete darkness), towels folded and pillows arranged in interesting designs, ample bathroom amenities, separate sink from toilet/shower, comfortable bed). Felt like thought had been put into the room design and finish. Super close to Capitol Reef National Park.

Location is excellent if you're visiting Capitol Reef. Big room, comfy bed, and cold AC.

After hours check-in (only 8 minutes after...) was a bit confusing. They had a phone mounted to the outside of the building with a 3 digit number to dial (but also a full number directly underneath it). I tried both several times but never got an answer. Luckily someone else was there trying to check in and they eventually got through and someone came to the front desk. Not sure if they used those posted numbers or if they called a number they found elsewhere.

Your sample question was did we like the breakfast. There wasn’t a breakfast. The first night we couldn’t find any staff. The second and third night. They were wonderful Plugging in the hot water car and starting the fire so that we could enjoy the evening in the lobby.

The full breakfast most places provide is a tragedy for health. However, to have hot water with tea and coffee available should be a norm. To stretch a little bit would be to provide a bowl of apples and oranges or bananas but, you are rather out in the boonies and it can’t be easy to get fresh produce.

Lovely big comfortable room with the usual facilities , fridge , coffee, microwave plus a bath as well as a shower. Staff were very welcoming and it was a great spot next to the Mexican and garage which had plenty if supplies.

I think there should have been breakfast. The outdoor sitting area could be made more pleasant with better surface and perhaps some flowers. It seems a bit of an after thought.

Nice room with desk and couch, but not cramped. The room and bathroom were very clean and bed most comfortable. The views and location are super, a gorgeous short drive to Capitol Reef Nat'l Park. The hotel sits back away from the road, but along the road is a Mexican restaurant that is very good. Short walk if you like Mexican with gas station right there too.

Microwave, sizable fridge, coffee in room AND lobby, TV that swivels so you can see it from any place in room, competitive prices, table to work on, only 7 miles from Capitol Reef, not right on noisy highway, Quiet Time policy that must be observed between 10 pm and 8 am out of respect for other guests with a number to call in case people fail to abide by it (as a nature photographer who rises early and hikes many miles it was much appreciated).

We were able to have ground level rooms which was great and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

Our group consisted of 5 couples all pulling UTV trailers and the parking lot was very small and tight so it made parking difficult, but the staff was very accommodating and let us park along the edges in a way that was not to disruptive to other guests. Would also have been nice to have had at least a continental breakfast available.

The hotel is only a few miles from the entrance to Capitol Reef National Park, so great location. There is gas station, convenience store, and Mexican Restaurant on site. The room was very clean and comfortable and had a view of some red rock formations. There was maid service every day, which you cannot take for granted these days. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet as one might imagine in this location. The overall value was very good at this property. I would stay here again.

It was a little tricky getting the climate control to keep the right temperature. There is no degree setting on the wall unit and on a very cold night, I ended up being too warm. There were some rough edges to the property like corrosion on the metal stairs. I have no reason to think this was dangerous, it could just stand to have a little upkeep. The hotel does not offer breakfast but since included hotel breakfasts are usually so bad, this was not a big minus. I easily found a place in town just a couple of miles away.
