Annie’s Place is one of the BEST B&B’s I’ve stayed in. Jared is absolutely the best host, his attention to detail is phenomenal. Breakfast both mornings was absolutely delicious. He was able to help us plan our day & recommended a wonderful restaurant for dinner. He also gave us excellent directions to a beautiful and secluded slot canyon which we located and had all to ourselves! I HIGHLY recommend this place & will come back in a heartbeat. We had a room with a private balcony. What a treat to walk out in the AM and hear the birds singing as the sun rose. It just doesn’t get much better than that!

Everything was great. No complaints at all, well, maybe one. Annie’s Place has spoiled us & I don’t know if another B&B could ever match this one!!

The views are spectacular, staff is very friendly and helpful- including knowledge & recommendations of things to do nearby. Food was plentiful and very good. Farm fresh eggs, gardens, adorable cats/kittens.

The room we stayed in was below the main house/kitchen and we heard every step and conversation above us throughout the day and into the evening. We would stay again, but would choose something on the second level or on the opposite side of the main house.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast. The rooms were spacious, well appointed, and looked out at the gorgeous scenery beyond. The property sits up high so you have a great view from your room. The manager, Jared, was extremely helpful planning our day trips since his grandparents were from the area. The breakfasts he made were delicious, the best pancakes ever! He will even make your bag lunches and cook your dinner with a 24 hour notice! The Boulder Utah area is a great stepping off to all the surrounding national parks. Not to mention, a 5 star James Beard restaurant located a few blocks down the road. Would go back for sure…

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Jared is a wonderful host and great conversationalist. Luxurious rooms with great views. Jared prepared a fresh farm style breakfast with locally sourced ingredients as well as abundant fresh fruits grown in the Boulder valley. Definitely hope to get back sometime in the not too distant future

Not a thing- property was perfect for us

This property was a pleasant surprise. the accommodations were excellent. We had four rooms and all four parties were very pleased. Breakfast was fantastic and such a pleasant upgrade from where we stayed the day before. the host is a breathe of fresh air, he gaze some tips for local sight seeing and gave all the time in the world to ask him about the area. I can’t give this place anything but the highest marks in every category. one of the highlights of our trip.

The room was beautiful with doors opening to a terrace, looking at the mountains. The sun setting right in front of us. Showering while looking at the fantastic view. Jared cooked an amazing breakfast, had lots of good tips. He can even make lunch or dinner as long as you give him a heads up the day before. Very glad we booked a two day stay here!

After two days of hiking national parks, with two more days ahead, Annie's place was was an oasis in the desert. Our room was beautiful with a great view of surrounding mountains. Jared was a gracious host and cooked a delicious breakfast. If we are ever back in this area again, Annie's Place would be an overnight stop for sure.

I love the landscapes surrounding Annie’s Place. It is so beautiful. If you love nature’s tranquility and farmville life, this is it. If you love cats, Naomi and Jackson will welcome you wholeheartedly. These cats are the cutest and the friendliest felines ever! No kidding. There’s also an added bonus. Look for Buddy and the famous rooster. I tell ya, our experience at this place was one of the best highlights of our trip. Jared cooks the sumptuous pancake in the whole wide world. It was so delicious! Our room was super clean and the bed so cozy. In a nutshell, my partner and I highly recommend this place. Would definitely go back again when time permits 😊

Not really relevant to our stay, but the wifi connection was spotty at times. But we didn’t care. We came here for rest and relaxation, not to check our phones or watch TV, haha.

As has been mentioned, Jared, the owner and host, is fabulous. Turns out he's an excellent cook, as well. Breakfast (among other things, best biscuits and gravy I've ever had one day, apple dumplings the next) was exceptional. Hell's Backbone Grill quality. We also loved the cats outside, that added personality (cats are a thing in Boulder pretty much everywhere, but these were particularly cute). Having stayed pretty much everywhere in Boulder, Annie's also has the best beds and the bathroom was great (big tub, shower).

you think the location is bland until you sit at breakfast and stare out at a gorgeous sunrise or the beautiful rock formations.

Location is perfect and Jared, the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort of guests. We've stayed everywhere in Boulder over the years, and Annie's combination of comfort and convenience is unparalleled.
