Cabins and bathroom blocks were comfortable and clean. Loved the outdoor showers although they were a bit chilly at night and I didn’t sense the electric heaters were doing much. The night sky in Escalante is unbelievably clear and beautiful. Loved how you can buy a DIY dinner at the clubhouse to grill at your own cabin, s’mores included along with firewood. Pool and hot tub are wonderful although we spent most of our time during the day hiking. Outdoor fires are lit at the clubhouse every morning to keep you warm while sipping coffee and chatting with other guests. Some complimentary muffins or pastries might have been a nice touch in the mornings.

This place was phenomenal. Super clean facilities, great staff, they go above and beyond to make sure everything meets your expectations. We stayed in one of the Airstreams. This room was so cool and the view from the outdoor chairs was breathtaking. The washroom was a surprise because you get to shower under the stars. They even have a drive in movie setup where you get to sit in old cars and watch a nightly movie like back in the day. I can't say enough good things about this place.

I wish we could have stayed longer. I also wish we lived closer, we would visit every chance we could get.

This was one of the coolest places we ever stayed! Words just can't accurately express how wonderful our stay really was. I wish we could've stayed longer. They pay attention to every detail and you can tell they put their heart and soul into this place. You will never find this level of care from a chain or other hotels. So far the best accommodations we've had in Utah yet.

Where to start?! My husband and I were hesitant to book this spot on our route from Capitol Reef NP to Bryce Canyon NP because of the price given that it was technically "glamping", but it was worth every penny. We got to pick our cabin in a cozy corner of the property near the outdoor showers - oh my goodness, the outdoor showers! We grabbed some essentials from the camp store (drinks and s'mores supplies), carted our luggage to our cabin (though they do offer to assist you with a golf cart if needed), and grabbed dinner from the food truck - the burger from the food truck was delicious and breakfast was just as great (sad that I missed out on the Dole Whips). After dinner, we took advantage of the hot tub and pool where there were plenty of fresh towels available and we had it to ourselves. After that, we took advantage of the outdoor showers before the drive-in movie started (a really fun experience, and we enjoyed the free popcorn!). We left the movie early to enjoy some s'mores (bonus: they offer you kits with Reese's peanut butter cups too) and to sit by the fire. Because of the dark sky, we were able to get some decent night photography at our campsite as well. The bed was heavenly and the outdoor showers were just as great in the morning. Yet another bonus in the ladies' room is the Dyson hair dryer and straightener they have available on top of every other convenience you would need. Clearly, the owners thought of every detail, and we enjoyed the great example of hospitality! We will be back!

There was a small stain on the couch in our room, but it didn't matter because there was so much to do and we were only in our cabin to sleep.

This is not a criticism of the hotel. Make sure you read carefully what you have booked. We didn't realize there were no bathrooms in the cabin. My partner needs to go multiple times a night and we didn't get much sleep with all the walking back and forth. Also watch the food truck hours. It wasn't open for dinner when we were there.

Had everything we could have wanted plus lots more. Not just a great stay but a fun experience too! We stayed in an airstream which was clean, comfy and spacious. the shower block was fantastic… loved the open air showers.. and the Dyson hairdryers. Had a lovely evening sitting by our fire toasting marshmallows watching the movie!

The second bed needed a duvet not just the one lightweight cover as it was cold at night.

Fun experience. Rented a small cabin by the onsite drive-in so the last night we enjoyed dinner outside with a campfire while watching the movie from our deck with a remote speaker supplied by the Staff. having an outside showers in the bathroom cabanas when the sun was rising or at night when the stars were out was a great experience. Pool was in good location with lots of sun. Staff went out of their way to be helpful, especially Jen who ran all over to get us a kettle at night!

We enjoyed every thing about our stay at Yonder Escalante. The staff was friendly and professional. The cabin was clean and cozy. During our two night stay, we had fun watching a movie in an antique car one night and the next reading and relaxing by one of the gas fire pits in the lounge. The public shower and toilet area was extremely clean. The showers are roomy and clean towels, hair dryer and straightener were provided. I popped into the building with the open air showers to take a look. Those showers were the same clean, roomy with a cool design for the outdoor portion. We didn’t have time to get in the pool, but it looked nice with lights at night perfect for a nighttime swim. We’ll be back!

Loved the design details; the location; the drive-in theater with the classic cars -- truly unique! And the staff was very kind and helpful. The communal dining/hangout space is very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast food truck as well. Didn't mind the communal bathrooms & showers as they were nice as well. (They could've used more space for hanging clothes and toiletries.)

The little cabin room was too small for our family of 4. It would be awesome if they had some bigger cabins, not just the airstreams.

We loved everything! The old fashioned drive-in, the airstream, the ease of purchasing food and drink, the cleanliness, the texts sent ahead of arrival, the offer to help with luggage, and the friendly staff! Plus watching the stars at night can’t be beat. We can’t wait to come back!
