Views were gorgeous and the location was perfect to get in and out of the park each day.

Staff wasn't the friendliest. Whenever we had a question it seemed like we hugely inconveniencing them to ask it.

We received a free upgrade in accommodations due to a movie crew taking up a whole section of the hotel when we arrived. The room was so spacious, it spoiled us. And the south-facing view of the mountains was breath-taking. The desk clerk was so friendly/personable and accommodating. She made the experience very easy. And she was new! So kudos to her excellent hospitality.

Had to jump thru a few hoops to get a couple of beers at the restaurant attached to the hotel. This has less to do with the hotel and more to do with Utah's weird rules about alcohol consumption.

Good clean, very spacious hotel rooms. Modern feeling rooms with everything you needed. Good facilities with great views right from the hotel room window. 'Dark sky' veranda was a nice touch.

Restaurant onsite was a disaster and let 'the whole package' down. Not a great size considering the size of the hotel, way understaffed, tables weren't clean and waited for so long for any form of interaction from the staff that we had to go elsewhere.

We booked the cathedral 2Q room and it was fabulous. The cathedral room was remodeled in the past few yrs and love the view of the mountains. The restaurant served very good food and many healthy selections. Jason the waiting staff is friendly and efficient! We enjoyed our dinner and breakfast there. The pool/hot tub had a great view and the garage style overhead door (entire side of the pool room) was half open so we had fresh air circulation. It was a fab stay and highly recommend.

The hotel was lovely. Beds are very comfortable, linens were very nice. We had dinner and breakfast the next morning. Both were excellent! It was great having a couple options besides eggs, pancakes, etc. Salad greens were very fresh and crisp, and fresh fruit was wonderful - especially in a tiny town in canyon country! Staff were very friendly and professional.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The view from our room was stunning. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel has a restaurant on site (and offers 10% off the bill for staying in the hotel) and had a wonderful area with a fire pit outside to relax. We visited during the winter so we didn't get to use this but seeing it made us want to come back during the warmer months. The hot tub and pool were perfect for relaxation after a long day of hiking in the national parks.

Great value for the area! Wonderful place to stay after a day of exploring. Room was clean and had everything we needed.. restaurant was great, we didnt have to go anywhere searching for a good place to eat. We relaxed in the pool and hot tub which are indoors BUT a garage door opens out to the beautiful surroundings.. absolutely loved it. Coffee in the lobby in the morning was wonderful!

I liked the room and the beds were comfy! I liked how accommodating the staff was and taking care of our needs when we asked. The pool was great to relax and cool off after hiking and being in the heat. I liked the views from the hotel.

In our room the tack strip for carpet was coming through and would poke our feet and that hurt. I would have liked if they included breakfast. Just some things I noticed carpet needed restretching in the halls cuz we kept tripping

Great room size, very clean and nicely decorated. Having 24 hr coffee/tea bar and a restaurant serving breakfast and dinner was wonderful and convenient after a day of hiking. Additional amenities such as a spa, laundry facility and a pool was a huge plus

The location and facilities were amazing. The restaurant had amazing food and with the hotel discount, was quite affordable. The view from our room was so relaxing and the star gazing deck was terrific.

For some reason we had no hot water in our room. The TV was on the small side and awkwardly located to watch from our bed as a couple.
