The room is very new, big, clean, beautiful and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. Fridge and coffee maker inside the room. Free parking direct in front of our room. Friendly workers at receiption and restaurant. A quite good restaurant where we enjoyed a nice dinner with reasonable price. The motel is known for its most famous pie in the world, we tried it and it taste really good! The motel is located direct beside the road, very easy to reach. The area is quiet, could sleep very well. Easy and fast check-in & check-out.

The price. No microwave and also no kettle. Could not prepare any hot drink or simple meals inside the room. May be this is because the motel attached with a restaurant, so they want you to have your meals at the restaurant.

Bed was very attractive and comfortable. Towels & linens were nice. Loved the modern laminate floor--it had a fresh clean look. Very much appreciated that the owner/front desk staffer waited a bit after hours to check us in.

There was an ON green light on the HVAC unit. It kind of served as a night light, but we prefer to have a dark room--it would have been better to have a night light option in the bathroom. There was no place to hang clothing. There were drawers but there are some clothing items we prefer to hang in a closet. Also since the restaurant was not open for breakfast, it would have been nice to have some coffee available in the lobby.

It was very clean and convenient. There was a fridge and coffee in the room, which is always nice. The room was very small but comfy for an overnight stay.

There was no microwave, and I couldn't find an ice machine. The restaurant was open until 8 pm, but when I left at 9:30 am, it still wasn't open for breakfast. There was no breakfast provided. I always travel with breakfast food, but that might be inconvenient for some. There was a freezer section in the fridge but it didn't work. I put water bottles in there at night, but in the morning it was still water.

I stayed at the Sunglow some years ago but the new owners have done a lot of work to update all the rooms and they are much more pleasant and modern. The new owner was exceptionally helpful and kind when I had a small car problem for which I am very grateful. Other staff were genuinely friendly and I enjoyed my stay. The cafe has good food (great local pies) and is a good option in Bicknell.

The room was attractive, comfortable, spacious and very clean. There were high end touches such as lamps with outlets for charging, nice fridge, tasteful decor and a very unique TP lotus flower in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and their restaurant had a lovely menu and a variety of pies.

The only thing I wish were different is that we couldn’t sit outside the rooms to enjoy the lovely view because there were smokers there.

Motel was about 15 minutes from the national park so it was very convenient. Their motel rooms have been recently completely redone. They are modern, and VERY clean! We had a great dinner at their motel restaurant (don't miss the PIE SAMPLER and be sure to read all about their pickle and pinto bean pie. Mmmmmmm!). Love the QR code to access the wifi. Wifi was a good speed. Great beds, large and thick towels, and room had a fridge and small coffee maker. The a/c was a silent wall unit with a remote (awesome!). Loved sitting outside in the morning before we left.

There are a few convenience-type things that would make this place a 10. First, it desperately needs a place to hang clothing, coats, etc. Next, almost all motels in this category offer a small microwave so we really missed this feature. In addition, there is only a desk chair in the room. Another chair of some sort needs to be added so two people can sit. Also about sitting, there needs to be more little tables outside each room with the chairs. Lastly, in order to have privacy here, you have to completely close the window shade which makes the room very dark. Most motels have a lighter window shade that provides privacy, but still allows light into the room. This would be an important feature to add.

The room was updated and very clean. After hours even though there was no one inside the office, they are just a phone call away as they live near the motel. BONUS: If you like home made pies, they have them here. 30 years of award winning pie making. Unfortunately they only sell the whole pie and since we were traveling by motorcycle, we had no way to transport it.

Nothing much to say here except that if you want to have dinner, all restaurants we would find open were about a 10 minute drive away although it was very scenic!

The manager was very kind and helpful checking us in, and sold us a pie even though the restaurant was closed. Great remodel - we stayed here about eight years ago, and it is in much better shape now. The bathroom was especially improved.

Laminate floors felt a little gritty, and under the bed needed a sweep, but it was nothing that I felt was unusual for the gritty dessert environment.

The restaurant was delicious and fast. The customer service was fantastic. The room was perfect for our needs. Overall is was a fantastic stay!

The bathroom had some hair in it and there were two spider webs. It needed a little extra time cleaning. The location was a little far from it destination was we knew that was going to be the case.
