This property was a delightful surprise and convenient to restaurants in Torrey and Capitol Reef NP. The design decisions were modern and every item in the room was selected with purpose and functionality in mind. Vinyl wood floors, white bedding and great lighting made the room feel fresh, while the refrigerator/freezer and compact kitchen with its coffee and packs of microwave popcorn offered real convenience. Although we did not use the fire pit, it looked like a fun spot a family could enjoy.

Maybe a list of dining suggestions in the room for breakfast or dinner since no person was on site with whom to interact…though the totally digital process was very efficient!

I booked a last-minute stay, arriving after 12 am & only stayed that night for some rest so I could keep driving in the morning. I would have preferred a place a little less expensive for solely that purpose, but it was a great little place. Personally, this would be a place I would have enjoyed staying for a few days if my plans allowed. When I arrived, the space far exceeded my expectations & staff provided a key code via text for easy entry. I never saw staff in person, but they provided excellent speedy service via the app/text when needed. I personally hate foam beds because of back issues, so when I first got in it, I was less than thrilled when it started to mold to my body. That said, I was happily surprised that I actually had the best night's sleep in a long time! I didn't get tons of sleep due to my late arrival, but between the relaxing shower & this comfy giant bed, what sleep I did get was incredibly refreshing! I would absolutely stay here again

In Torrey and easily accessible to Capitol Reef NP by car. They offer keyless , contactless checkin which felt very secure even as we were arriving at night. Room was very practical in its finishes and remodeling. They have sound dampening tiles behind the tv which I wouldnt have even noticed if my husband didnt point them out. I thought they were design tiles. I love the nod to the history of the property and how complete the kitchenette amenities were. So thoughfully designed and curated. Lots of room to set belongings down. Shower was hot and plenty of towels offered.

The memory bed was too soft for my husband and myself but thats a personal preference and not a reflection on the property itself.

We had a fantastic stay at Casitas at Capital Reef! Kathryn, the property owner, was incredibly personable and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The entire property is newly renovated and our rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. We loved the tasteful decor and the mini kitchenette, which was perfect for preparing small meals during our trip. The beds were super comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a 10-mile drive to Capitol Reef and about 1.5 hours to Goblin Valley. We truly enjoyed our time at Casitas and would absolutely stay here again!

Right in Torrey, very cute location. Room was spacious and had everything you'd need – including a picnic table out front which was cute! The space is designed to look good, but I don't think the looks reflect any specific high quality in things like the linens or mattress.

The photos aren't misleading, but I totally missed that there is no view of the beautiful and dramatic rock formations from the standard rooms. Lots of properties in Torrey seem to have nice views of the rocks, if I could do it over again, I'd look for one of those.

Very cute and clean. Nicely appointed with a major exception….seating! Picnic tables and fire pit were nice but it poured rain during our visit. Nice kitchen set up.

There was no sitting area!!! Only two plastic molded chairs at a little ice cream bistro table and a rope chair that no adult could get out off if they were foolish enough to sit in it. The shower is microscopic!! The bed had a huge bump down the middle. As a solo it was tolerable but no way a couple could sleep in it.

Liked its location near the town of Torry. I would give them a B on the renovation. Overhead canned lights not good for reading in bed.

Woman who answered the phone talked to me like I was bothering her. Unable to get TV to work correctly Most annoying was the bed. don't know what it was made of but the mattress kind of made me roll as I laid on it. also bed board was a steel railing that was hard to rest my head against. Need more pillows or different headboard and mattress,

We stayed in one of the casitas and it was very enjoyable. Very stylish and well thought out. Loved having a full-size stove and refirgerator, even if we didn't really cook. Enjoyed sitting outside on the porch in the evening.

The mattress was a little weird with the memory foam, but tolerable. The TV seemed to be quite sensitive to wifi commands. It even came on spontaneously once. It took a couple of tries to figure out the heating/cooling.

Overall, we loved our (one night) stay here. The little houses are super cute, nicely decorated, very comfortable, and cozy. We slept well, enjoyed the spaciousness and the kitchen, as well as the large walk-in closet.

The only downside is that there is no reception. It was pouring rain when we arrived and we couldn't use the door, so we had to use a landline phone to contact someone to explain how it worked. This created a bit of friction when we arrived.

Checked in by text messaging so never saw any staff. I really liked the out of the fray location, the quiet nature of the property. The room had every amenity to stay for a while, though we only needed 2 nights. Close to the parks we were visiting, easy in and out. By clean, I mean immaculate!
