the food quality was very good in all restaurants, however, we face a challang to book for a table as the Italian and Steakhouse were fully booked, but then the team were helpful and managed to get us a table.

The hotel should provide buggy services to transfer guests between the rooms and restaurants/reception, as the weather was hot and to walk it was not easy under the sun, otherwise, everything was great.

The Ocean Water is unbelievable, rooms are very comfortable , i like the beach room with direct access to the beach and not talking about the view in the morning and sunset. A large variety of international foods , welcoming and serviceable restaurant staff , the view in tables next to window is magic . You will adore the dinner in Beef Steak restaurant but you should reserve your place in advance .

the Pizzas are not good in main restaurant , some food and drinks have bad taste , the distance between rooms and restaurant Is far and there is no transfer available all time .

This is a super hotel, absolutely great value for the money. The beach is just perfect, cristal clear water, rich marine life. Super clean rooms, very comfortable bed and the staff is just incredible. Actually the service is a 5-star and I could go on forever with compliments!!! Thank you!

The only thing we didn't like was the sport activities such as as stand-up paddle, snorkeling, kayaking etc, that were offered to the gets free of charge just being available for one hour a day. We would have wished to used it longer.

It so beautiful everything was so perfect. Philippe was such a great help. We enjoyed every second of it even when it rained it still was so beautiful

Beautiful island and the hotel rooms were designed beautifully as well. The staff there were exceptional, they couldn’t do enough for you! Plenty of facilities and activities to do to keep busy on the resort in comparison to other resorts within the Maldives.

The only one small thing I’d say is I would of liked some sort of background music in the restaurants to create a little atmosphere during dinner. Yet most nights there was Live Music being played around the resort which was lovely but nothing in the restaurants themselves.

Perfect hotel with wonderful location and service. Absolutely recommended to everyone who loves Sun, Ocean, relax and coctails ))) The fact that the hotel belongs to RIU holding brings a lot of value, especially in the area of Management & Quality standards, which indeed a high-level. Room cleaning – twice per day, good beach towel management. The territory is clean and cosy. The staff use silent electro-cars, you never hear them doing their routine job. All your requests can be served via RIU Mobile application, the staff reaction is agile and adequate. All-inclusive program is working well, the food is Ok for adults and kids. Main buffet and 2 a-la-carte restaurants (Italian style and Steak house). Good bar service which provides international beverages, including 24/7 Sport-bar (here is special thanks to barmen Fredrick, who always open and friendly to the customers, ready to help and support). The transfer service is also well done, timely and accurate, no any issues.

Few potential areas to improve: 1. Beach-beds – lack of them on the villa’s side because the guests occupy them (put towels) and desappear for whole day. It’s really annoing fact. 2. King bed in the room – hardly fits to honey-mooners; very unstable base; your neighbors will not like this ))) 3. Too high flow at the room air-condition, even on the lowest speed.

We are visiting for a third year and we are again very satisfied with the place, how it develops and the value for money. The rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly and all inclusive really means to leave your credit card in the room.

Some people leave their personal towels on the sunbeds and reserve them for the whole stay. I think the staff members should collect all belongings from the beach each evening. The hotel should be more strict in enforcing the rules: don't bring drones and don't step on the corals.

Activities (pool exercises, yoga, subs, jets, etc.)

Transfer was terrible!!! Initially we order seaplane due to my wife has seasickness to avoid any boats. However, the transfer back was terrible. We were picked up by boat. There were big waves, and we were transferring from a boat to an airplane in the middle of the sea it was terrible pitching. It made everyone feel bad. So, we spent about half an hour on the water, swinging. Transfer to riu was more comfortable when we were picked up right to jetty (not in the sea).

Very nice staff, always helpful and smiling. A peaceful location, beautiful beaches, looks exactly as at the photos. Very good SPA, many water activities to choose from. The room was very spacious, with a big balcony, super comfy bed. Great variety of food, everyone could find something for themselves.

The place itself and everything about was perfect. No complaints here. I just had a problem with the room offer which stated it had 460$ property value to spend on some activities. Unfortunately that was not the case. There was some kind of discount offer but it didn't add up to the 460$.
