great room, clean and well decorated, enough space. not much closet space though (none)

we had a replanning issue and the customer service (via phone) were completely unhelpful and unwilling to help, while the staff at the hotel itself was basically unable to do anything for us. we also got the dirtiest towels I ever had in a hotel, though they didn't smell so it might have been stains that don't wash away. we got new towels right away

I like the decoration of this room, especially the color tone of the room. very elegant and modern, meets my taste. the bed is big, the TV is also big. the most fun is the spacious toilet. There is a jacuzzi, shower room and toilet. there are plenty of mirrors and lots of storage space. socket plaques are also numerous and placed at various appropriate angles. for me very practical. aircon also works well. For me, the cleanliness and tidiness of this room is very satisfactory. what I like the most is a stable Wi-Fi network. I will choose this place to stay if there is business in the future.

I'm a bit disappointed with the TV channels that only have two channels. I need to do manual tuning first to find channels. one of the channels has sound but no show. the other, unclear tv shows. The size of the TV is huge and I love it. Secondly, I need to clean the jacuzzi first because it's like sand on it. Third, I'm not comfortable with the water pipe in the toilet. need to collect water first before flushing the toilet bowl. I hope the pipes will be fixed soon.

The room and bed have enough space..big for couple..really nice n cozy..and got jacuzzi..

The jacuzzi can be used but it's leaking and water is stagnant on the floor but the bathroom is nice and big, beyond my expectations..just have 3 channel tv but its ok cos i can used pendrive/OTG tu watched movie..the bell not functioning..and there are ants in the room/but its ok as long as you close your drink or food..but my advice the hotel needs to get rid of the ants..other than that,good experience staying at this hotel.

I have stayed for 28 nights. Very good location, a bit distance from the town but not too far, a relatively quiet place with plenty of parking. Friendly and helpful staffs; very nice cleaning auntie; Cuckoo water machine available at both upstairs and downstairs. Very good water pressure and I like the rain shower. Can request iron board from the counter, they do have iron as well.

Toilet sometimes does leak, the only relatively dirty place is the tabletop of the open shielf for clothes, wifi is not stable

Nice and honest staff. My daughter forget her watch. The staff help keep the watch until we come to get it back. Hotel area are clean and not to noisy.

No lift. A bit far from town center. No entertainment near the hotel.

Good locatinn at all, just a little bit tired for me as a pragnent mama to step-up with the stair without lift to reach level 2. But overall service is very good.. Good experience stay for 1 night

So hard to find Halal food, the internet connection were to low until i cant even do any my work.
