Clean. All Furniture are updated. Looks modern and I would say good service with reasonable prices. Thanks Sento Hotel for your Hospitality. They got security to take care of the Car too. Definitely Will come again in future.

1) Please update the TV channel as the room I purchased we only had 2 channels available. 2) Please improve your breakfast since it was an Alacarte menu. The food only limit to 2 choices of Meals. My family was once a regular customer here and the last time we went there, the breakfast was prepared buffet and it was awesome. Maybe in future, Sento Hotel can consider back about getting back to basic as Covid season is end. You might be getting more customers around the world. ☺️

Check-in & check-out process quite fast. What I love the most, convenience store & restaurant just a few steps from the hotel. Also, i like the taste of the Nasi Lemak for breakfast except that it is served in small portion.

Room smells weird, maybe because other guest used to smoke in there. I clearly choose non smoking room. Quite hard to fall asleep because of the smell 😞 Had to use my perfume to make the smell go away for a while.

It looks like a budget hotel but gives 3 star hotel service. Clean and comfortable room, complimentary breakfast that I did not expect to get from this price (limited menu but still delicious, and outdoor seating for you to enjoy the morning breeze and view). There is a convenient store downstairs that has all the instant snacks and drinks.

Very noisy during night until dawn due to people shouting for what ever reason that we were not sure

Good location, all was great except 1 of the days hot water in shower wasn’t working. This was only a 1 time problem, other times all was perfect. I will come back here whenever I am in Keningau.

Our room is spacious and nice. Surrounded by restaurants and cafes, 7E and laundry shop and also self service laundry Breakfast style is not buffet but a list of meals and you have to pick one meal of your choice.

Nothing; just the self laundry service near the hotel always runs off coins but you can find other just around the corner

The room is comfortable and the cafe is located at the roof top and you can see the view of Keningau city. The location very strategic...near restaurants and seven Eleven..easy to get necessities

Towels looks dirty and has stains. Bring your own towel.

I like the place very quite clean and comfortable... Only one i saw in the pictures got bath tub when i arrive no bath tub at all... But still good hotel to stay.. Definitely will come again
