The. Staff were marvellous, very polite and friendly. The room excellent, very comfortable and very clean. The food also very good with a good choice. The hotel was right on the beach with magnificent views . The bar was very popular but the noise did not affect the room.
Very little. Unfortunately there was no lift so our room on 3rd floor as a long haul for my partially disabled wife.

Ahead of our arrival the team were super accommodating of our late room swap request. On arrival we were very pleased with the room; great size, layout, loved the decor and very pleased to have our own nespresso machine with daily pod top up. Comfortable beds, black out blinds and a fan were boxes ticked for solid nights sleeps. A great breakfast choice overlooking the harbour, and lovely, friendly but not intrusive staff too - a very happy stay !!!

The sea view and position of the Inn was superb. The staff were wonderfully friendly, helpful and kind. The dinner in the evenings were delicious. The outside terraces with the fantastic views across the harbour were lovely.
On the whole the breakfasts were excellent but we had one breakfast with scrambled egg which was inedible, dried up scrapings from the bottom of the pan.

Very good vegetarian breakfast for two, lovely superior room overlooking the sea, very comfortable and cj organised the flowers I arranged from Scilly flowers for the room and red wine plus greeted my sister and brother in law on arrival at the hotel.Excellent location and the staff were friendly , warm and efficient. For a first visit to the Scilly isles this was amazing, weather held good for 4 days in march and they were able to explore st marys by foot, visit tresco and st Agnes by boat, find Sea glass, ancient burial chambers and wells. Etc. Beautiful long weekend and we'll worth the visit. I'm certain the couple will visit again , 10 out of 10 .

Nice hotel, central, stayed there before and it is the same. Nothing wrong with it. One of the few places on the island which will serve you food if you have not booked a table!!! (in the bar). Beds very comfortable.
Unbelievably expensive at £290 for 1 night, but that is Scilly Islands nowadays, with prices gone up 3x since before covid. But of course I knew that when booking it. The shower flow rate was very low, but usable.

The breakfast was fantastic, excellent quality ingredients and all freshly prepared. As good as it gets. The room we stayed in appeared newly renovated. It was immaculate. Useful things like USB charging points by the bed. Good quality toiletries. Also really nice tea, coffee and biscuits. I've saved the best till last and that was the view from the room. See photo. There are a table and easy chairs to allow you to sit and enjoy this. Also the hotel location is absolutely spot on for access to the pier for visiting the other islands by boat. We only stayed for a long weekend but the location allowed us to make the absolute most of our stay.
There is some noise from the pub outdoor terrace below so it could disturb you if you want to go to bed before 11. After 11 the outdoor terrace is closed so it didn't cause a problem for us.

Location central! Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful always smiling.
Personally I found the trek to the room ( top floor of the hotel) difficult due to my health situation. To be fair I had not disclosed this to booking.com or the hotel. When leaving one of the staff helped me with my case. It was at that point I realised how much strength I had lost.

The location is amazing and not far at all from harbour. The staff were amazing, always helpful and polite. Helped with all queries including locating a lost jacket which was on another island and organised for it to be returned at St Mary’s. Definitely going above and beyond. Breakfast is very enjoyable from the service to the view of the harbour and the variety in the menu. The Atlantic is an excellent location and close to shops, cafes, town and the beaches.
If room with harbour view available ask for that.
