All the staff were exceptionally helpful. We asked to be moved rooms due to a monotonous low humming noise and very noisy taps from our neighbours. My husband has an ASD and can not cope with this type of noise. The lady on reception went out of her way to accommodate us into a more suitable room. She made us feel it wasn't a problem, she was understanding & friendly. She is an asset to the team. The second room was perfect.
The original room was near the kitchen extractor vent so there was a continuous low hum. This probably wouldn't be a problem for most people but for someone an ASD it can be very triggering.

Excellent location! Rooms are sufficiently big ! Staff was very helpful and provided us with very nice suggestions for places to visit for local tourism. Hotel provides complimentary tickets for the attractions of Lands End. Kids and adults will enjoy the attractions in the premises. Also, there is 10% discount for the First and Last Inn. Would also recommend to go for: 1. trail walk to Sennen Cove beach (total walk will take 2-3 hours from and to Lands End hotel). Remember to see the ship wreckage on the trail, it needs a little deviation which is marked. 2. Enys Dodman Rock Arch. It is ~20mins walk from Lands End hotel.
We had some minor hiccups with the room we were allocated. Staff at the reception took our feedback proactively and immediately accommodated in another room on the very next day.

Our room was located in the Penwith Studios and they were modern and clean. You can tell they’ve recently been built or refurbished. The room was quite warm despite it being May - we had to open the bathroom and bedroom windows to create a flow of air. To do this, we had to open the blinds so it was very bright in the room very early in the morning. The location is excellent! You’re right at the Land’s End point and it was beautiful to sit and watch the sunset or take a walk in the early morning when there were hardly any tourists.
The main part of the hotel seems a bit rundown. They were currently refurbishing the toilets by the bar/restaurant. So maybe there is more to come. The staff were initially attentive, but as the evening went on, their attention dropped. I’m not sure if this was because there was a tour bus of 40 people in the restaurant or because of other reasons. There was even a table behind us that hadn’t had their plates cleared in a long time, so they moved all their dirty plates to the table next to us. Not what we expected. We were also told that breakfast ended at 10am, and while we did get there at 9:30am, breakfast was already being cleared at 9:45am.

The plated breakfast was a lot better than the buffet. The buffet was nice but a lot colder with no way of warming plates. Stick with plated! Brilliant that you are dog friendly!! Room could have been bigger as if my dog was bigger it would have been a right squeeze. The birthday card was a lovely touch.
The wait in the bar was silly, and it's not even full season yet. Being a bar owner myself, make things easier by separating the coffee bar from the bar. Easier coffee machines are needed. Barista style is time consuming and often cold by the time the customer receives the beverage. You can pour 4 pints in the time it takes to make a coffee! A vending machine is needed for overnight. I couldn't even get water from 10 pm!

This hotel is located in a very nice spot, with very scenic views. The room was also very nice and comfortable. We loved the soap and other products in the bathroom.
The staff wasn’t clear about the fact that after 8pm there was no more food served, even at the bar. So we ended up having frozen food in the not tended to dining area. The floor of the dining area wasn’t clean and the tables still had food left over from the previous customers. The breakfast buffet was not refilled so we had to eat what was left. The staff were not as friendly and attentive as you expect in a location like this.

Perfect stay! Superb staff. They were so helpful and welcoming. Food at the restaurant was very tasty and well presented. We had a lovely stay in an amazing location. Thank you! 🙂
One thing that wasn't so nice and perhaps could have been advertised differently to avoid disappointment was our 'sea view ' room. Yes, arguably, we did have a slither of a sea view if we stud at an angle very close to the window. But really. About 85% of the view is a rooftop and another rooms balcony. I just think that if it is advertised as a room with a 'sea view' for which you pay extra, there should be at least 50% of a sea view.

Everything! The staff were great - very polite & approachable - they really couldn't do enough for you. The room was very comfortable & was plenty big enough. Good selection of teas & coffees - even gluten free biscuits - in the room as I had made them aware that I was coeliac. Stunning views even in the rain and it was lovely to be able to walk around the area in the afternoon and the following morning. Breakfast provided was lovely -my husband had the breakfast from the buffet selection, but I required gluten free so they asked what I would like & brought it to the table already plated, so that there was no chance of cross-contamination from the the buffet.
There is nothing not to like!

This hotel is great, it feels luxurious the surroundings and views are beautiful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, bath was nice to relax in. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows Good breakfast, a lot of choice, food was hot, pastries cooked fresh.
The one thing we would prefer would be a mini fridge in the room, for the odd night guest it’s fine but we stayed for 4 nights, and given the location there isn’t a lot around it, drinks in the hotel and lands end kiosk were expensive when they added up over 4 days. So it would have been great to have a fridge in the room to keep some soft drinks and waters cold.

Location is absolutely stunning and incredible walks on your door step, especially embraced early morning, as you practically have it all to yourself. It was a very pleasant modern room, with a generous layout, little extra provisions provided were a lovely touch, such as eye mask & ear plugs. Great coffee machine! I was surprised to find dressing gown & slippers as not mentioned in the details. We had an initial issue with our en-suite sink but maintenance sorted that out immediately. Staff were wonderful. Restaurant menu and food was great, providing extensive information for allergy sufferers.
All of the hotel areas were perfectly clean, however attention definitely needed to windowsills in the bedroom and throughout the restaurant. Breakfast was far too late for our needs, commencing at 8 am, buffet style with plentiful choices. I personally prefer menu choices as you are usually able to order healthier options. Be prepared to share hotel outdoor space with an abundance of tourists.

Lots to do. The four main attractions were great fun for the family. Fireworks were amazing. Most staff were really friendly and accommodating. Rooms were immaculate and spacious.
The hotel restaurant wasn’t a great experience. Some lack of understanding for when starters come out as they were brought out with the main course. Staff only suggestion was to keep 3x £32 steaks warm whilst we ate our starters which seemed daft. However, all three 10oz sirloin steaks had so much fat they were more like rump and almost blue instead of medium rare, and chips raw. Table across us had their order brought out wrong but again just ignored. A shame on the whole experience.
