Breakfast could have more variety and better taste.

The location of the hotel is great, we took a stop as we were travelling from Lahore and wanted to rest before we move further. The staff was excellent and seeing that we were a big family, they upgraded our rooms to make us comfortable.

The hotel is part of a shopping center, also the single lift, got really busy during the breakfast and rush hours, so long wait to use it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel One Swat. The staff here goes over and beyond and is extremely friendly. Shout out to Zubaida from the reception who was able to fix our slight concerns immediately ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend Hotel One Swat.

It was great stay as they upgraded to double room suit in rs4000 and hotel is in very good condition and the staff is also very helpful but their were no lamps on side tables upon my request they provided the lamp

Very courteous and helpful staff. The premises are new and comfortable; the rooms are really big. The breakfast was great, and the service excellent.

The bathrooms are cramped and not very well designed, which is strange, as the rooms are so big.

For my opinion, 5 stars hotel the best hotel in town. Staffs are friendly especially front desk Room in pretty decent nice and clean

Location is not what I expected

It was perfect for the purpose of hotel. Adjacent shopping mall was additional comfy feature. Rooms were spacious and clean. Views were also amazing from rooms.

Amongst hotel one chain, it was one of the best property.
