I along with my family recently had the pleasure of staying at HOTEL ONE in Swat, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hospitality of the entire staff truly made the stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. A special mention goes to Mehboob and Saifullah at the reception, who were extremely accommodating, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Their willingness to assist with anything we needed made check-in and our entire stay smooth and stress-free. The wait staff, including Sohail and Taimas, were equally impressive. Courteous, prompt, and always eager to help, they ensured we had everything we needed at all times. Even the security guard deserves praise for being polite and helpful, always alert and respectful, which made us feel very safe throughout our stay. The hotel offers uninterrupted electricity, which is a big plus in the region. We took 4 deluxe and 1 Junior suite rooms and all were very spacious. The room service along with the breakfast buffet was another highlight – a delicious and generous spread with something for everyone. Great taste, variety, and fresh food added to the overall pleasant experience. Above all, what stood out most was the excellent value for money. With such high standards of cleanliness, service, and comfort, it felt like we were getting far more than what we paid for. Highly recommended for families – the atmosphere is peaceful, the location is convenient, and the staff treats you like family. I would definitely choose HOTEL ONE Swat again for future visits. We had a wonderful stay! The reception staff was very helpful, and it was such a pleasant surprise to enter a cool room with the AC already on. Even though we checked in quite late around 11 PM, we were warmly welcomed with fresh fruit and sandwiches—such a thoughtful touch. The room itself was spacious with incredibly comfortable beds, and the view from the window was absolutely breathtaking. At checkout, the staff went above and beyond, insisting we enjoy a juice or coffee before leaving. The juice they served was actually very refreshing and appreciated. Overall, highly recommended!

The only downside was some noise from a nearby construction site, but I understand that’s beyond the hotel’s control.

Cleanliness and the staff were very friendly and no smell whatsoever anywhere. It was a very comfortable experience and the food was very good and it was very surprising and breakfast and general food was good. And the view from the small balcony is fantastic and there was shopping areas nearby like literally downstairs and that was very helpful. Would recommend.

For me it was a 10/10 experience i don't think there are anything I didn't like.

Breakfast could have more variety and better taste.

The location of the hotel is great, we took a stop as we were travelling from Lahore and wanted to rest before we move further. The staff was excellent and seeing that we were a big family, they upgraded our rooms to make us comfortable.

The hotel is part of a shopping center, also the single lift, got really busy during the breakfast and rush hours, so long wait to use it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel One Swat. The staff here goes over and beyond and is extremely friendly. Shout out to Zubaida from the reception who was able to fix our slight concerns immediately ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend Hotel One Swat.

The best hotel in swat i ever stayed. Staff are friendly , helpful, they solve your problem asap. breakfast was so good. When i visit swat always stay this hotel .tried another2-3 hotels but not good as this one.Grocery just around a corner.
