We loved this hotel especially because of the amazing staff. I had food poisoning (from my stay in Uyuni) and the staff at reception were extremely helpful. They brought tea to the room and checked up on me to make sure I was okay. They also helped by calling the bus company to move our ticket to the following day (we had to extend our stay by a night so I could recover). Apart from that the room was super comfortable and spacious, and the location is very central, just a couple of minutes from the main attractions.

Very well located and calm though being in the city center, large rooms and beds, good breakfast.

Just be careful with the exchange rate they apply. We had booked a room at 87 usd which they wanted us to pay 1200 BOB (1 usd for 14 BOB, which is twice the current exchange rate, which simply doubles the price!). Fortunately we had dollars in cash to pay the right amount.

The hotel is very centrally located. Although it is on a busy street the hotel and courtyards are set well back from the road so it is very quiet especially at night. We stayed in a spacious room with a large communal balcony shared with four other rooms. The room was light and airy with large windows to the front and rear. The room was very comfortable with a seating area and a large attached bathroom. The radiators worked really well so much so we had to turn them off in the night. There was a buffet breakfast with a good range of food choices and eggs to order. The staff were very helpful friendly and welcoming. Very little English was spoken.

Great location at the main square, very nice colonial building and very big, clean, cosy room.

There is no option to shower after check-out. The only option is to ask for late check-out which costs an additional 5 USD per hour, from the very first hour! For the price we paid, we would have expected a bit more flexibility - during our trip through South America, we stayed in many accommodations in a lower price range that were much more flexible. We did a mine tour in the morning of the check-out day and returned shortly after 12pm (check-out time). As we wanted to shower before taking the night bus in the evening, we checked out at 13.00 and had to pay the extra fee - even though we already asked at check-in, and the hotel did not seem to be fully occupied. However, if you do not have any such special requests, we can fully recommend the hotel.

The location is perfect, it is right in the centre of the old city. Breakfast and service are excellent.

The rooms are fair, but dated. While the whole hotel has a colonial style setting and is quite beautiful, the rooms feel like they need an update. Most of the hotel ist currently under construction, causing quite a bid of noise and the outside area cannot be used.

A huge room super clean amazing staff willing to help. Opened a limited breakfast just for us one hour earlier because of early transport. Gave good advice for money changers restaurants etc. no noise no light coming into the room. Central location.

The location was outstanding, just 3 minutes walk to the main Plaza, which at 4000m is most welcome. The room was excellent and the breakfast was simple but hearty. I liked the room it was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

This is a well-maintained property with pleasant outside spaces for guests. The room was a good size and the bathroom was very clean. The property is close to the main square.

The breakfast was limited. The cost they’d charge for a taxi to Uyuni was excessive - we paid a bit over half through a local agency.

Lovely place @ the VERY heart of town. The place itself is nice, but Alberto @ the reception is a STAR!!! Without his kind help and guidance I would have missed half of all the amazing stuff I enjoyed in Potosi! It’s VERY seldom u meet a professional like him!

Very friendly and uncomplicated. We felt safe and very welcomed.

It was cold in our room during the night, but not extrem. In my kids room temperature was perfect. A couple of extra covers in the room would have been of help in our room.
