As we explored South America for six months, our stay at this Hotel emerged as a hidden gem. The inviting ambiance, consistent warm water and heating in the bedroom, and the unexpected perk of a hairdryer in the bathroom contributed to a delightful experience. The staff's exceptional friendliness and attentiveness personalized our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this Hotel.

The breakfast was okay—neither outstanding nor disappointing, just a solid and decent meal.

Pleasant, old building with dry, comfortable rooms and with heating and very warm beds. The lady at reception tried very hard to find us the best wifi connection for our video interview. She was very kind. The wifi worked alright, occasionally patchy and weak upload speed. The breakfast is good value: home made breads/pastries, cereal, fruit, egg, cheese and ham, juices and coffee/tea. The location was great.

When we checked out the man at reception tried to charge us the 13% tax as a “commision”. It made our bill more than 100 BOB more than expected. This was very dishonest and spoiled our impression of the hotel. Please be aware that only Bolivian citizens should pay this tax. As soon as we protested, he backed down without giving an explanation.

Nice hotel a few blocks from the main square. Lovely warm room with a comfy bed. Shower was hot and otherwise OK. WiFi worked very well for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable place to spend a few days.

We found the breakfast to be average at best, but otherwise happy with our choice.

Clean. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Free upgrade to a large and bright room. Free breakfast is decent. A short walk to the central square. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the old centre of Potosi turned out to be...especially given how rough the outskirts looked.

Overall somewhat expensive for what you get. The coffee is pretty rough.

For me the hotel Santa Teresa in Potosi was just perfect. I had a nice and quiet room, spacious but not too big, with a good hot shower. Important: the heating was on because in Potosi even in summer it is cold (the hotel lies at almost 4000 m of altitude). From my room I had a nice view on the Cerro rico. The breakfast in a very nice room was also excellent. Wi-Fi also very good. I had a rental car so for me it was important to have a private parking. The hotel is very close to the city centre.

The hotel is close to the city center with walking distance. It is clean with basic amenities needed for travelers. The staff were friendly and helpful. Aldo, the owner, he always responded the text with good recommendations. The free secure parking is onsite. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel for a my quick visit of Potosi. It’s not the cheapest but you get a very comfortable, quiet and clean room with a good bathroom. The staff is great and allowed me to checkout at 3Pm after my Las Minas Tour so I could take a shower and change. The location can’t be better, it’s downtown with many restaurants. The meeting point of my Las Minas tour (don’t pay more than 120) was only 2 blocks away.

Please fix the bathroom window.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was large enough. We had some laundry to do on very short notice and they were able to accomodate our request. Overall a nice experience

The breakfast options were rather limited for this price category in Bolivia.

The hotel is minutes from the center, has a nice rooftop, breakfast is delicious, and the staff are very helpful. I was able to leave my bags for 12 hours after checkout, before my night bus. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very nice.

My only gripe is that the bathroom floor flooded after my shower. I could also hear the guests above and in the next room, especially their alarms.
