We had an amazing time here. We wanted to take a fun, relaxing trip with no organized activities. Just lots of swimming, shopping, and good food and drink. This hotel was perfect for that kind of a trip. We have stayed at the Marriott waikiki and the four seasons Ko Olina. While this hotel was a completely different experience, it was every bit as fun, and in ways it was even better. For one, we never had to wait more than 10 seconds for an elevator. Check in was incredibly fast and efficient. All of the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. They had a huge variety of beach stuff that you could check out easily. At the Marriott, we had to sign waivers, fill out applications...but here it was grab and go. Umbrellas, nice beach chairs, at least 6 boogie boards, and even a snorkel mask, which we used for hours at the beach. The hotel has no housekeeping, but in many ways this was nice. For one, it eliminates the stress of wondering, "oh no, I wonder if our room will be ready when we come back?" Two, it eliminates any fear that someone will be in the room, or that items might go missing. It felt more like our own little apartment. If you needed towels, or anything, the front desk was quick to exchange them. The room felt very safe and secure. There was a very large balcony with a nice table and chairs, and it was great for drying wet swimsuits. There was a microwave, a good sized refrigerator for our champagne and snacks from the nearby abc store. And metal utensils, real coffee mugs, glasses, plates. It came fully stocked. The free 10% Kona coffee blend in the room was excellent. Way better than the Marriott, and better than almost any in-room coffee we've ever had. Plus, it brewed a whole pot, not just those single cup units. And cream and sugar was provided. The shower was small but adequate. The body wash, soap, and shampoo smelled great. The towels were soft and fluffy, good quality.

We missed having an iron in the room, but if we would have asked, I'm sure they would have let us borrow one. The TV remote didn't work, but probably just needed batteries.

Not a fancy hotel, but a fantastic value nevertheless. Great location a couple blocks from Waikiki Beach. Staff let me leave my car in the small hotel parking lot for an extra few hours at no charge.

Rooms are small, but the sizes are accurately described in the Booking.com listing. Some furniture was a bit worn looking.

It was super close to Waikīkī beach. The hotel has affordable parking but it’s a tight space so don’t try to park a minivan there. They also had free use of beach towels, chairs, boards and other beach toys which saved us a ton of money for rental cost. The staff were super friendly and helpful too.

There is a window next to the door of the room that let a lot of light in. The first night it was pretty bright in the room, but we fixed it by hanging some extra beach towels in the window slats, which seemed to do the trick. They could use some blinds or curtains for these windows though. Definitely not a deal breaker.

Great location. We arrived late, the hotel communicated very clearly via email to let me know how to get my room card and it was smooth with no hiccup when I picked up my room key to access the outside elevator to go to my room. The room was big, big balcony, toilet clean, nice counter with dishes and compliment coffee. We will b back at central hotel. Loved it!!!

The hotel is minutes away from Waikiki beach. If you use the Waikiki Trolley, the Duke stop is just 2 blocks away! An ABC store is 1 block away. There is a Korean food truck right beside the hotel and you can definitely walk to the nearby malls. We didn't rent a car so we had to use the bus/trolley/Uber and it wasn't a hassle. I also would like to thank Reese and their staff for refunding the double booking I did. I forgot that I booked this hotel via Booking.com AND via Chase Travel. I was supposed to cancel 1 booking and forgot to! When we were checking in, Reese already asked me if I had another booking and I still said no (because again, I forgot). But later that night, I finally remembered and texted him right away! It was already past 8pm (reception hours) and he still responded saying they already sorted it out and requested for refund from Expedia (which is what Chase Travel apparently uses). The refund didn't go through until weeks later but I received it! So thank you so much, Reese! Really appreciate it :)

None. Hot water from the shower will eventually come out but will take around 5 mins. No big deal for me!!

Basic, yet right in the middle of the fun! All I needed, "Follow your heart and you'll never lose your way to the beach"

I was happy cuz i wasn't there to be in my room all day. They had coffee in my room, OK!

The location couldn't be any better!! So close to everything we could need. And the staff was amazing! AC in the room definitely kept us cool and the bed was comfortable. Also so nice that beach things were available to borrow at the front desk! And I loved that the space included a mini fridge and microwave.

There was a little bit of sand in the drawers but we're next to a beach so it's hard to keep all the sand out! Was easy cleaning it out on the balcony.

Stayed twice and both very good rooms, comfy beds, good towels, all amenities provided, strong wifi, safe box, very good air conditioning, coffee maker, kitchware, friendly staff, excellent location 1 minute walking distance to Waikiki Beach. Beach towel available for free at the reception as well as chairs and other stuff on first come first serve basis. Very good price for the location and no resort fees.

Daily room cleaning not available for less than 7 nights, deep cleaning necessary for air vent, and kitchen furniture. It gets very noisy till late on Saturday nights and during the week the noise starts very early from garbage trucks and the new construction next door.

The location is close to Waikiki beach. There is an ABC store, two food trucks, and several restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. There is an elevator (but only to the fifth floor). My room was really nice and comfortable. The staffs are also really helpful. I enjoy my staying at this hotel.

The only downside is that after turning on the hot water in the shower, it takes several minutes before the water actually becoming warm. Probably because I live in high floor?
