If you wish to have an Hacienda experience this is the place to go. Beautiful gardens and common areas. Very good food and very good maintenance of the common areas. Beautiful architecture. We liked very much that the owners have kept the original style and some furniture form the original hacienda. The staff was also very helpful and very friendly.

Junior suite, was old and the bathroom showed notoriously that it was old, and have heavy humidity problems. that bathroom was probably renovated for the last time in the 80's and little have been done since then. the furniture inside the bedroom was also weird, did not have a complete living room, and the TV was a place in the middle of the bedroom on a simple table that did not match the rest of the room. At the restaurant I got served my food in a cracked and broken talavera dish, I had to comment to them and ask the staff to change it. My answer to value for money for this bedroom is that is not worth the price.

in this hotel, one of the employees stole my bag with all my documents, money and credit cards. The administration stands up for its own and has solved my question. My vacation is hopelessly ruined. Be extremely careful!!!

You don’t really stay at the Hotel. We wanted to stay in the Hacienda, but our rooms were outside the property in the golf club nearby. We wanted to have access to the facilities of the hotel like the restaurant and the pool, but we were too far away from it. The bungalows offered were nice, but more like an Airbnb type. If we wanted to stay in such a type of accommodation we would had searched for something like that in Airbnb. For the type of accommodation is overpriced. During the night was freezing and there were not enough extra blankets. This made our star far worse.
