Clean rooms and a great A/C especially on a hot evening. It was nice having a restaurant on site.

Took several trips to the front desk to get the keys coded correctly. The "Direct" tv service sucked and there were no instructions to guide me on how to use it. Restaurant was alright but the service needs work. Ordered dinner but my salad never made it to the table. Dinners arrived and waitress asked if I got my salad. She offered to bring it but my dinner would have been cold by the time I ate it so I declined. Guess she was to busy talking with another couple across the room instead of providing service. Ice tea refills were a little sparce as well. Asked for a first floor room due to bad knees and was happy to see my room was 107. Didn't expect 10 stairs to get to the first floor. Not sure the "Winners Casino" lived up to the "Winners" name.

Although check-in was delayed for more than an hour, the manager comped us a meal to make up for it. Also, I forgot a small bag when we left and the head housekeeper sent it to me UPS. I am grateful.

We had to wait over an hour to check in because they were short staffed on housekeepers.

Restraunt food was great and a good value. Great variety. Staff over all were super friendly. Front dest staff, restraunt staff, maid service and bar keep were all great...

Need to bring down the betting minimums on your live tables. Would love to see $1 bet 21 tables. I would have gambled more if it were not for such high limit tables. I don't care alot for the slots so my night ended early.

Restaurant, bar and staff were very friendly. Property and room was nice and clean.

The wall heater in the room was very loud and annoying. It came on every couple minutes all night long. Shower and bathroom were a bit small but other than that it was a nice stay!

Rooms reminded us of 1950’s rooms, if you like nostalgia. But they were clean and comfortable and had all amenities.

Everyone was friendly, from the front desk to the waitresses at dinner. Food was good. Beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure.

No fridge or microwave.

My stay at Winners Circle was pretty good. I acutally got a room that wasn't outside. I could walk from the desk to the room. The room is very cool!

Front desk were great. Location good for restaurants.

Shower curtain was too short so bathroom floor got wet.

No elevator, due to our disabilities we had to have help with luggage. If we changed rooms we would have had to pay extra. for the change.
