Stay was fine. Enjoyed.

I was not impressed by the mix up of settling the account of the first stay. I had understood that Booking.com had taken payment from my credit card, but, prior to my arrival (their email confirmed that they had taken the money from my account), They then sent me an email suggesting that I had left the hotel without paying. On my second stay I settled the first "outstanding" amount for the first stay, and I'm assuming the you, Booking.com have credited my card with any amount that you also took from my card for that stay? Usually your organisation is spot on. A bit disappointing to find the restaurant closed on the second stay, a Wednesday.

Excellent position opposite the beach, but with easy access to the old town. Bikes were locked in an un-used toilet! Breakfast was good, served outside.

The rooms are smoke-free, but not the terraces. Stale cigarette smoke drifted through our open door from neighbouring terraces.

Really great location ON the beach, amazing views from our window. Room comfortable. Good Value-Street parking available, although a busy location.

There were a good number of stairs to our room and no elevator. Not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of for those with mobility issues.

It is right across the Mediterranean Sea.

Too noisy, between the cars and the passengers walking,and talking loud at night. Also, if you keep your windows open, it smells the diesel from the numerous cars that run by.

Very nice and comfortable rooms. Cleanliness was above average. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved the rainshower and overall modern installations.

The breakfast buffet was a bit empty but it was totally off season so no problem and the staff did accommodate our special requests.

Delicious breakfast, cute terrace, welcoming and accommodating staff, across the street from a beach with nice soft sand. Lovely place, would return. We were traveling by bike and they let us store the bikes in a locked room next to reception, which gave us peace of mind.

Maybe a duvet instead of blanket, but not a big deal.

The location, the isolation and the attitude of the staff. Buffet breakfast was good. Apart from the minor problems noted our stay was near perfect and we would highly recommend both the hotel and the town. Do not miss the ornithological park nearby.

The bath is very deep and difficult to get into and out of if you have any problems like arthritis. This problem however is by no means limited to this hotel. More important though is the lack of an elevator and for us old folks that was a definite minus when handling luggage.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout. The view from our room was lovely and as described. The hotel has a lot of character and is right on the beach and close to town, parking is easy. The food and service at the restaurant was excellent, we would love to come back for another visit. A visit to the Ornithological Park of Pont de Gau was a high point, highly recommended. We had the best food of our trip in Saints Maries de la Mer

Everything was wonderful the lady ( Tania) who welcomed us was just lovely and explained everything to me through translating on her phone It was very reassuring Lovely location we love swimming so just over the road

- air conditioner is very powerful, so we could sleep very well. - we had sea view from our balcony, and the seais just in 30 meters, so very amazing… - good choice at breakfast for 15 euros, you can have eggs, ham, cheese, toasted bread, croissants, fruits, yahourt, tea, coffee, juice, fried bacon, etc.
