Good location, good breakfast, plenty of facilities (spa, playground inside and outside, restaurant). Rooms spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Outside had sun loungers on the grass to enjoy some peace and quiet. Restaurant had daily 4 course menu. Plenty to choose from.

One of the rooms we booked faced the terrace. Given that the rooms were already pretty warm in june, we had to sleep with all windows open because no AC. But given the people on the terrace in the night, very hard to get any sleep until midnight. Also, rooms could have better swept floors.

Such a gorgeous place - nestled in the mountains, it's absolutely breathtaking! Reception, restaurant and bar staff were all very friendly and helpful. We ate here on our first night and the food was good. Breakfast was very good! We stayed in room 117 (I think) and the balconies had the best view! (There are 2 adjacent balconies - quite small and not the best for sitting on, but lovely for a breath of fresh air in the morning!) (Worth noting that room 117 is up a small flight of stairs and would not be suitable for someone with mobility issues, likewise for the adjacent room!) Our room was very spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. Bar has a good range of drinks and is comfortable and accommodating. Parking was also easy! If you fancy an aperitivo, I'd highly recommend Gilli Drink Room in the centre of the village!

Not a reflection on the hotel, but if you stay here midweek be warned, there is very little open on a Wednesday evening! If we had researched this prior, we would have eaten elsewhere on our first night (Tuesday) and then eaten at the hotel on Wednesday (we love trying new restaurants so will usually never eat in the same place twice).

Breathtakingly beautiful views in a quiet town so idyllically Alpen it might be a movie set - but it's not. Friendly staff, delicious food, comfortable room with spectacular mountain view. Easy to drive to wonderful hiking areas. Fun to stroll around the small main square and browse the shops. We would love to return.

Since we were there in late June, our room was uncomfortably hot at night, even though we left the windows open and outside the temperature dropped by early morning. It would have been nice to have a fan or a single sheet for sleeping under, instead of a duvet.

Lovely clean room with stunning view of the mountain. The spa facilities were brilliant with 2 different saunas, steam room, foot spa’s, rain shower, hot tub, water beds, relaxation room and yoga room. We went in June and it was not too busy. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and the evening meal (set menu for €29 per head) was delicious. Not much going on in Transacqua but if you’re happy for a quiet time it’s perfect.

The staff were super friendly but there wasn’t enough of them! Service at the bar was slow and when dinner service was on you were lucky to get a drink at all. Breakfast was most disappointing. The food was tasty but by the time we got there at 8.30am (service was from 7.30-10.30) there was very little food left. No boiled eggs, no hot food, no fruit for juice, very few pastries. They need to replenish the food more regularly. Also there was no clean table to sit at so we had to clear our own table to sit down. I would prefer coffee to be self service as the staff were very slow to take and bring your coffee order. It felt as though the staff were working really hard and trying their best, but there was too much for them to keep up with.

The room was absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean, creating a wonderful atmosphere to relax in. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings. As for the breakfast, it was truly amazing—they even catered to dairy-free options, which was such a thoughtful and considerate touch. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Overall, everything exceeded expectations!

Wonderful welcoming staff. Adorable mountain town - a great place to slow down and enjoy a beautiful area of the Dolomites. Restaurant was lovely and the food was great every night. We were sad to leave. Hope to come back next year. Town itself was also beautiful and the center was charming and lively in the afternoon hours.

Hotel is really adorable, with helpful staff and nice atmosphere. Food is delicious, for breakfast there are a lot of options, and I would recommend having a complete dinner as well. SPA is excellent, and massage was wonderful. I would recommend this place and would definitely go there again.

Internet connection was not that good in our room.

The beautiful hikes were located near the hotel.

In the morning during the breakfast, the waitresses and waitress come to ask for coffee. However, I felt that sometimes they overlooked. It could also be that there were a lot of orders queuing. Nevertheless, having breakfast and wait for the coffee is unpleasant

Absolutely amazing! Excellent service by everyone, especially the front desk. I got upgraded to a bigger room and they accommodated every need we had. Very clean & cozy. Great value. Both breakfast and dinner were great, except for the green spaetzle with fish.

Everything was very good. front Desk Persons very nice and provide all info we needed. Ski buss station 100m from Hotel. We had a Breakfast Option only but Food was excellent I hope we are going to use the same Hotel at next Visit
