The property was clean. It is n a nice location. And the grounds looked well kept. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

I did not like the fact that there was what looked like rust around the tub. It looked like it needed a caulking job. This threw the look off with everything else looking so neat and clean. It just reminded me of a cheap motel. But other than that all was well.

It was very convenient! Right off of the Hwy so no hassle at all if you are taking a long trip and need to stop!

It was extremely clean! The air quality was amazing, and the beds were so good! I usually have to take ibuprofen in the mornings for back pain and especially when taking long rides and after sleeping in their beds my back felt amazing the whole next day, I didn’t even need ibuprofen!

I loved my bed! Very comfortable. I kept the thermostat set on 75 cool and it was perfect. My room faced east, which is my favorite because I enjoy the sunrise. The toiletries in the bathroom smelled wonderful and I enjoyed using them both days. I had plenty of towels and washcloths and didn't have to ask for extra. Also, I loved that you had oatmeal on the breakfast bar. That's my favorite of all breakfast foods.

The desk chair showed signs of wear and tear. The faux leather was peeling off the seat in several places, but it was perfectly comfortable to sit in while at the desk. There was no way to fully close the drapes. The window was outfitted with sheer panels that could open or close, and then decorative drapes on the outer edges. The drapes were floor length and were not designed to be closed or else the heating/cooling system would be obstructed. I realize nobody is looking in my window on the third floor of the hotel, but it was mildly unsettling at nighttime, nevertheless.

Property was clean and well taken care of. Our room was perfect and very comfortable. All employees, and I mean EVERYONE, I encountered or dealt with were some of the nicest and most accommodating I’ve ever encountered. The entire staff seemed to love their jobs and were genuinely happy to help.

The Staff…they were excellent

The listing on bookings said there were balconies. There were not which I knew there were not, but it shouldn’t be in the listing it could be deceiving. When we checked in, there was a wet wash rag in the bathroom and some alcohol labels on the floor in the sleeping area. Nothing we couldn’t take care of ourselves though.

Staff was exceptional location was great and super quiet. They include an iron and 2 iron boards

No business center to access Internet or printer. Pool was a lil too cold. Our bed and pillows in 314 were not comfortable at all.

Nice size room, good bed and pillows. Everything was nice and clean. Pool was a little cool but bearable. They even had clean pool towels. Nice young man in the breakfast room. He was very helpful. It was a good breakfast, too. Loved the poppy seed scones.

We are regular at the Poplar Bluff location. We had stayed at other motels, but no where came close to the comfort at Hampton Inn. The people are great! Very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast was ok, but not the best.

The hotel is the best place in poplar bluff nice staff they even have a huge break there and let's not forget there cooks the even take ir plate when ur done 5 strars...

That there wasn't more of this around poplar mo

I like the friendly staff, and the walkin shower.

I didn't like that an elevator was down so had to wait a while for the elevator to come down. The pool was close.
