The breakfast buffet was amazing! Brittney made the best gravy I’ve ever tasted!! She was so helpful! She made our stay!!

The lady at the front desk was rather rude. The guy who checked us in gave us no information. Just gave us our keys & went back to talking to his friend. We had to come back to ask about check out & breakfast. This is our 2nd time booking here. Both times we didn’t get the rooms we booked. The first time we were told they overbooked because of a tournament in town & they gave the rooms away. No discounts for the era either time. We were just told basically to deal with it

Beds were so comfortable, sheets were great, pillows exceptional. Staff was nice, bfast was delicious. Coffee was great. Room was nice with the suite with sofa, it was an extra room, nice. We stopped there our first night to Denver, and on way home from Denver i made reservations for our last night on OP the road before heading back to Tn. My husband wanted to go to Menards. For those of you who don't know of Menards, it is a Home Depot on steroids. It was cool, I even went.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The breakfast was hardy and good. Your breakfast hostess, Brittney, was superb. Very friendly, accommodating, went beyond her duty to help. Don't let her go ever.

This was one trip we could not find one thing that we did not like. The stay was very pleasant, sleeping well with all going well.

B'fast sausage was very hard over microwaved on all 3 mornings. Very limited options for b'fast.. The Coffee was 👍 Great.

Very clean, awesome staff, good breakfast. The only thing I would change is the coffee. Not everyone likes the Starbucks style burnt beans coffee.

I didn’t eat breakfast but enjoyed the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The tub & toilet sits too low. It was hard getting out of short tub.

My car broke down in Poplar Bluff, MO and I am grateful we stopped where we did. We stopped at the hotel around 8PM, checked in and when I got in the car to move it, I couldn't put the car in gear. Fortunately, the hotel let me keep it parked under the canopy for the night. Last minute I brought an extra set of keys so I could lock my car. The young man at night and young lady working in the morning were a blessing!!!!

Everything was perfect. Room was clean and we had everything we needed. Great breakfast selections.

The lady who did the breakfast was so friendly! Loved all the additions you could put on your yogurt or granola! All you guys needed was a hot tub!!

A hot tub would be great!

The pool was clean staff very nice

My door was jammed kept having to play with the lock to go in and out.. When I spoke to maintenance they said the new locks were ordered but could be a while so I stuffed it out

The beds were comfy. The room was clean and shower was nice. Water pressure could have been better. The breakfast was delicious. Staff was super nice.
