Very clean, very comfortable

We stayed at suite as a family of two adults and one child but we only had two towels at once then after my reminder about more towels, second set of bed linen, tooth paste - they brought only bed linen, so we didn’t receive more towels and no tooth paste with one time tooth brush. When we did check out at 6:30 there was a worker in the restaurant so I pressed the reception bell to both do the check out and ask if we can have the breakfast that we paid for in the form of the lunch box but nobody came to the reception desk to talk to me

Food was excellent, service was fantastic, beds were comfortable. The location was easy to find and access, plenty of parking, lovely grounds and restaurant. The first impressions and atmosphere were very welcoming and the visuals suggest a real effort to offer an experience well beyond their start rating - and they exceeded that in almost every area.

Some of the finishing around the room and bathroom didn't quite live up to the promise the hotel was aiming for - but absolutely everything else was very good and at this price point, excellent value.

Arrived after 7pm thinking food might be a problem but the young lady on reception/bar was great and spoke good english. Had a very good meal and a couple of drinks that were good value and good quality. Would definitely stay again.

Location is good, close to highway. Could order food even late evening which was also very delicious. Staff members were very friendly and spoke in English. Also it is pet friendly.

Location is close to highway, but very calm - great for transit stay. Very clean, spatious room, toiletries in the bathroom. Reception desk open long hours.

Was a hot night and with no air conditioning was difficult to cool the room down to comfortable temperture with only 1 window.

The location was very good, saff was lovely , room was big.

It is near the road and our room was facing it. I am an extremely light sleeper. So because of the car's passing, it constantly woke me up.

I liked everything. clean, everything you need is there. staff very nice, friendly and helpful. large room for the family with 2 children. Our dog was with us. everything great!

Room was nice and spacious, beds was comfortable. Breakfast was ok.
