Very, very comfortable and very clean. Everything seemed quite new. Breakfast is delivered to your door, and this is the first place I've stayed with a properly hot shower! Lovely staff who even gave me an unasked for lift to the train station in the morning.

For someone on foot, the location was a bit difficult. A bit out of town, many many street dogs and google got confused with the walking directions (ignore what it says and stick to the main roads). This would not be a problem at all if you were not on foot.

The room is very comfortable and clean. Its quiet, awesome matress and silent aircon. The owner and staff are really nice, and you get a breafast included. Best room I had in Thailand for this price, highly recommend.

The houses are new, well decorated and beds are vey comfortable. The personnel are very friendly and helpful. Railway station is about 10 mins walking.

It’s a bit far from the city center however still walking distance.

Well, strap in for this one. To start this off me and my partner arrived at this property after travelling for 15 hours, so we arrived at 1.30am (which we alerted the property to when booking and double-checked this was fine). Firstly, we tried to find the property via Google maps, which took us to a back alley first. We managed to see a woman working there who gestured us to come around the side. There were already packs of wild barking dogs in the area as you approached, but as we tried to get closer to the proper entrance, multiple packs of wild dogs began to circle us, getting really close and as we approached the entrance we were backing around 20 dogs into a corner so they began to get even more aggressive. It was quite frankly terrifying. So we then had to go back to the back alley and jump over the wall to get in. Then, we managed to check in via Google translate after some confusion from the staff there who obviously had not been notified of our late arrival. Then by 2am we get it to the room, after a few minutes we notice there's fleas on the floor jumping on us and also dead bed bugs and blood stains on the bed. By this time we are exhausted and we can't leave because of the wild dogs also knowing there will be nowhere else in the area that will take us at 2am (it's a small quiet town). So we had to sleep on top of the bed with our towels and the next morning go to a laundrette and wash all our belongings. I have video evidence of the fleas jumping around (sadly cannot upload here), which I showed to the staff the next day and alerted them we would be trying to get a refund. However, now the property will not reply to booking.com, and we can't get a refund until they reply. What an absolute joke!
