Quiet rural setting, not too far from shops if you need them

This is the second time my wife and I stayed here. This time we had our two daughters with us as well. This is a budget hotel and fairly basic. However, the staff is super friendly and the rooms are very clean. For an overnight road trip stop, it can‘t be beat for the price. I have paid more and received less elsewhere more than once.

PLEASE READ THIS, I HOPE YOU WILL NOT BOOK FOR AVOID AND PROBLEM WILL MAKE YOU THIS PLACE. I book by booking, when I arrive there by walking from train station the man don't speak English than with google translate we communicate. He told me no more hotle but I already pay by booking and after long time explaining I don't know where other place go he give me the room I book. But the place don't exist anymore or look like this, but basically they accept the reservation and the money but they don't give the room, than please if you can take another option. The day later when I ask if I can book one more night they told me hotel full book when the day before they told me no hotel don't exist anymore.

Hello, it was hard to find in the first place. When we finally found it, in front of the hotel there was a group of people who looked like employes of the hotel. They showed us a sign at the entrance that online bookings through apps are no longer taken in. They didnt speak English and even the sign was in Thai. They didnt look like they would let us in. So we turned around and slept in the car somewhere on the sea side. Next day we recieved many emails, one of them stated we will be charged some money as we didn't show up... They even got the money from the card I put in in the booking info. Would be great to get the money back.

So I booked the room in this hotel and payed in advance, because I was tired on the road and wanted to make things quicker. But when I arrived at about 23.00, there was noone at the reception. I called the phone but the guy said me "Sorry, no English" and broke the call. I sent sms in Thai language trying to explain I've booked it on Booking.com and payed already, but got no answer. I tried second call, telling "sms sms Booking", but result was the same - "no English". Guys, if you're working in hotel industry and use Booking.com you MUST understand at least a couple of words. After all I had to sleep in my car at the fuel station because it was too late to find anything else. I'm totally shocked with such indifferent attitude in this place after all the hospitality I've got in Thailand before. Now return my money I've payed for nothing PLEASE.

The booking was fake. At check-in the reception stated we did not have a booking. I showed them the booking confirmation and the nonrefundable price I paid but they said the owner of the business had left 7 months ago. The contact phone number cuts off immediately.

Booking and OYO call center don’t help. The hotel scammer don’t stay there.

I can’t stay in this hotel, they don’t accept OYO guests! It was terrible! I can’t reach Booking and OYO call center. Don’t make reservation this hotel!

I drove to the property and was told they no longer are contracted under OYO! I had to find another hotel for the night! Waste of time and really disappointed! Thank you booking.com!!!
