The staff at this hotel are exceptional. While their English is limited, they can communicate with you and always trying to make you stay as comfortable as possible. In addition, it is near the airport, which is convenient if you have an early morning flight. This is one of the better places to stay in Waingapu
It is a bit distant from town, but there isn't much in the town anyway. This is a good place, no real complaints.

Perfect quiet location. Lovely staff, nice staff, great views and breakfast was good. We stayed here twice during our trip to Sumba.
The water didn’t work during our stay (they knew but couldn’t do anything). Unfortunate. The tv and wifi didn’t work. The aircon worked.

The location is right near the airport so that’s handy. However, the truly great thing is that the owner and staff go well over and above the norm to make you feel genuinely welcome, comfortable and happy. They’re truly exceptional hosts, amazing!
there’s nothing to dislike about the property - it’s very well kept, next to the river and has everything you need. Sure the wifi upstairs was not strong or reliable and much better on ground floor but that’s a really small thing outweighed by the positives

Excellent, professional and friendly staff that go the extra mile willingly for the guests. A peaceful and quiet location. Great service
The location is a considerable distance from the town centre and there is no public transport so this should be considered. That said, the hotel does provide all services including food and laundry etc

It's next to the airport. The owner & staff were very friendly. Even the owner dropped us at the airport. The resto served good food.
