Although there were a few things I didn’t like during my stay, the room itself was clean and comfortable. The morning staff were friendly and helpful. I had a coffee order delivered via Grab, and even though it arrived a bit late, the front door staff patiently waited and handed it to me with a smile. When I was checking out, they also greeted me warmly and chatted with me while I waited for my GrabCar.

I checked in late at night, and when I arrived, there was no staff at the reception desk. Once the check-in process began, the atmosphere felt rather cold — there was no welcome greeting, no smile, and no warmth. As someone carrying a lot of luggage, I was also a bit disappointed that there was no offer to help or any initiative shown by the staff.

I like how the staff always great us, they always asking if everything is good or not. Also we like our room, me and my mom sleep good.

On the day two, I don't know if at the hotels have an event or all the room are fully booked, when we go to sleep around 12 pm, outside our room is very noisy, I think a group of people taking photos together, they laugh and very noisy. I hope in the future staff hotel can warn that to the guest, because if that happen in the middle of night we can't sleep.

We went to the hotel because we had an Immigration medical check-up the next day. The property is about 5 minutes from the clinic. Great location! The property and pool were gorgeous as well and the breakfast was good.

You have to keep a key in the room to have power. They only give you one so the AC turns off every time you leave the room

Breakfast has plenty of choices, coffee is amazing. Room is clean with a wonderful view of the area. Staffs are very friendly and efficient, helpful and polite when fixing an issue in the bathroom.

Location is good, variety of breakfast is excellent. Just little bit note here, chicken and some dessert (bolu and kue lapis) is quiet hard. All bubur variety also too sweet. Overall it's good.

I ended up paying double for the transportation from the airport to the hotel. Someone from the hotel picked me up and I had also booked with Booking.com.

Limited parking space, stayed 2 nights with both nights having a wedding reception, hotel guests could not get parking inside, late night have to go down to park the car inside the hotel premises

Staff were without exception friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Good breakfast.
