The desk when we checked in was very polite, friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room smelled clean.

Roaches on the bathroom counter no blow dryer in room and the pillows were uncomfortable. Oh I almost fell in the shower it was to slippery, would have been nice to have a mat in the shower

Perfect location. Rooms are outdated. staff is amazing. For breakfast eggs or chorizo tasting eggs. No bacon or sausage. Tubs very slippery

Tubs very slippery. Shower curtains are just one material curtain and caused floor to get wet. Iron had old water in it and stained my work clothes

The front desk specialist Robert was very helpful and came up to help with TV and helped when dryer would not dry my clothes after spending 3 dollars drying them. This gentleman is a treasure for your business!

Employees were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well attended and usually stocked properly. Location was very convenient for us.

Handicap parking was lacking making it difficult for us to access our room without a lengthy walk.

Location was excellent. The hotel was incredibly clean. Everything is a bit dated and old but the cleanliness made up for it. Breakfast was pretty basic but met our needs. More fruit or yogurt would be welcome.

Breakfast was outstanding! Rarely do I see cooked food. Always little boxes of cereal and left over fruit. This was hot good breakfast strait from the Kitchen and the Kitchen staff was great too.

Parking is cramped. This Hotel is in Texas which means people drive pick up trucks big ones. Also you must consider who is staying in your Hotel. I bet 80% of the folks are Oil Field and Construction. We do not drive little match box cars. Always look at this Bench Mark. Is this Hotel in an oil producing county in Texas Oklahoma Louisiana Mississippi

The staff was very kind and helpful with my kids and my dogs. Very friendly environment.

Just need to finish remodeling but everything was excellent and affordable.
