Didn't know this hotel was open I hardly ever go to that side of Alice but I'm glad I found out since the other side hotels were all booked I got a room here for one night but ended up staying more that's how comfortable I was I think they said that they've been open over a year but the the couple that owns it super nice the wife make you feel right at home always smiling and the cleaning ladies the best thank yall so much for a relaxing stay we'll be back

Nowadays you don't know what to expect when you check into a hotel regardless of price. We were pleasantly surprised our room was very clean. Are towels our sheets are bedding topper everything was white and clean. Our beds were comfy and the area was quiet.

The door to our room needed extra attention to close. We were in 101. Maintenance needs to address that problem

The reception isn’t was extremely helpful and nice. The tv remote was not working and he took the time to replace the batteries. Unfortunately the remote still did not work. It was late and I didn’t want to mess with that anymore.

Breakfast was perfect for us. The room was clean and cool. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

There wasn't a plug for the bathtub. My 3 yr old doesn't like showers yet. Had to improvise for her to take a bath.

The rooms were clean and the staff were all extremely friendly and pleasant to be around and speak to.

Amazing staff at the front desk! Had some questions and the women answering the phone all game the information I needed with a friendly voice. Very helpful!

Didnt care for the area,looks like they have done some remodeling it was clean,the drapes need to be replaced,but overall it was ok

No variety in cereal and bread.

The staff is what makes this hotel GREAT!! From maintenance to FD to NA all around a well put together team. I truly enjoy them.
