The hotel room was comfortable. The fridge worked very well, we have even managed to re-freeze our ice-bag. There was a lot of free water supplied, which was excellent in over 100 F (35 C) temperatures. And it was conveniently located close to Grocery stores and not far from the main attractions (but not in a walking distance). The TV had good brightness in colours. Staff was great.

Everything was fine. The swimming pool water seemed not to be as clear and appealing, as in some other places we stayed, but it did not stop my kids from swimming.

The room was updated everything looked new! Also we really enjoyed the breakfast! They had butter croissants and they had a waffle maker that made many waffles and my husband loves those because he got to dip them in the syrup! Of course the bed was comfortable because it is a quality inn.

I liked everything. Staff could be a little more friendly but they were friendly enough and no one was rude.

Staff was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean. Large bathroom. Great pool. Breakfast was very good and the selection was wonderful. Convenient restaurants within walking distance. Great parking facility too.

The only issue I had is that my husband is somewhat handicapped and we didn’t realize that there is no elevator. I should have requested a room on the first floor but I accepted the room given then realized the stairs were too much for him.

The remodel is fantastic

I just wished that they had painted the beat up door frame in the bathroom. So much effort into the remodel and to keep the gross yellowish chipped metal door frame was disappointing. We’ve stayed here a lot and that was the only thing about the room that looked bad. We were in 120

As soon as I walked into the lobby to register, it smelled and felt clean. There’s plenty of parking and there’s a restaurant right next door.

I would’ve liked for the showers to have something to hold on to getting in and out. Also, there are no hooks for the towels but for one on the bathroom door.

When we walked into our double queen room is was not cleaned. There weren't any sheets on the bed and cleaning supplies were scattered about. We were moved into a king size bed with a pull out. It was the only other room available. My son had to use the cushions from the pull out make a bed on the floor.

The room was spacious and breakfast was good.

Half the hotel was under construction, which meant loud noises during the day, all doors open until late in the evening, and equipment stored around the indoor pool, which was inaccessible.

The beautiful pool right outside our room was down for maintenance 😔 an amazing facility though.

The breakfast was adequate and appreciated. It had some healthy options like hard-boiled eggs.

The breakfast overall had too much sugar and processed foods. For example, there were lots of flavored Quaker Oats packets but no cheaper, healthier plain oats.

Low water pressure. House keeping could be better in the room we had had couch didn’t get cleaned around it .
