Excellent service, clean, great location - just few steps from the convention center. Everything is very comfortable and looking like a brand new

Nothing to complain about. Only will be more convenient if the breakfast will be not ala cart but buffet. And can agree with other comments - coffee might be better. But all this small details won’t influence the impression. Till now the best hotel that we have stayed in Hk

I had a fantastic stay at this property. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were amazing—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

1. The layout of the room is really nice; we enjoyed our time with friends at the corner round table. 2. The bed was comfortable, and the house keeping was doing a great job.

1. We waited quite a bit for the check-in which was unlike our experiences with other St.Regis hotels. 2. It was a pity that the congee served at the breakfast was not hot enough.

The rooms are modern, spacious, clean with amazing views, meeting all of the expectations of the St. Regis brand. Location was great to experience the harbor and central, and the amenities were exceptional (especially the bar!). Wilson and Skye stood out amongst a staff of all-stars, and we will definitely be back when in Hong Kong. 10 Stars!

The service was impeccable - from check in to check out - every employee I engaged with was extremely professional and accommodating. The restaurants are amazing - the concierge assisted with travel coordination - the entry valets were super friendly and helpful. The room was amazing - the view spectacular - the bed and linens top-notch - room service very good. We had prearranged for breakfast in our room - it was a fantastic decision. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St Regis and will return during the holiday season later this year.
