We loved it. Best to understand this is not a Four Seasons type of hotel. Don’t get me wrong - it is definitely luxury! It’s just less formulaic. It is an understated and very beautiful place, a converted monastery. The rooms are a bit small, they could use a refresh. The spa is getting a little dated (but is totally awesome!)But none of it matters…it is a unique and restorative 5 star place. It deserves its accolade as a Leading Hotel of the World. Go to the local restaurant in Capelli too, it’s called Casa Crepa Canelli, and was recommended by the hotel (great). We will return!

This resort is out of the world, it was recommended by one of our friends. Our visit is something like a stunning experience, starting with the most welcoming introduction till we left with joy after two amazing nights. It’s a very historical place that carries beautiful stories of Nuns and Nobels.

It’s has a stunning spa a perfect place to relax. The Salt cave, the indoor pool and the outdoor pool was breath taking. On the other hand they had two great restaurants one of them is a Michelin star that had very tasty dishes. I stayed at a two story suite that was so beautiful and calm.

Exceptional service, outstanding facilities, incredible views and attention to detail like no other. The care and professionalism of the service are second to none. The quality of the food is superb. Everything and everyone exceeded our expectations. Each step you take, you can tell right away the attention to combining luxury and the rich history of the place has been top priority for every single corner.

Beautiful setting. Lovely facilities.

The restaurant Guido. It was the worst meal we’ve ever had at a Michelin starred restaurant. Food was poorly prepared, the service was pedestrian and the prices were very high. We ate at the other restaurant at the hotel our second night, and it was superior on every level and detail.

The view over the wine yards is magnificent The welcoming at the reception was spot on The out door facilities with the park etc are great when bringing a dog The dog treats and assessories in the room is very nice and warms a dog mums heart😍 Charging of the e-car is just perfect Pool area is nice and big enough to ensure some privacy even with many guests

Staff didn’t explain to us all the facilities in the hotel, we kept discovering new things on our own. Michelin star restaurant was very good but not as good as some other restaurants of the same standings

it is very nice and I felt myself in paradise staff very very warm and cooperative they upgraded our room with good rate restaurant and wine so amazing and you can enjoy very nice dinner special thanks to Fabio and kiyara in restaurant 10-10-10

The facilities are nice, the views are great, the garden and history of the place makes it worth a visit. The staff were extremely friendly and gave us a tour of the facility and were very accommodating. The salt grotto and spa is a must!

The rooms are small and the bed isn’t particularly comfortable. Access to the spa is through the bistro which could be awkward.

Wonderful location, beautiful property

Bistro food was okay, not amazing, very modern. There should be a more traditional Italian food option in the hotel.
