Spacious rooms,clean and well maintained facilities with ambiance atmosphere. It had a well placed amenities such as tea/coffee, drinking water 500 ml, able to view the lake and mountains through the window. Clean natural environment with natural vegetation. Dinner was served in time comprising the recipe of our choice in a restaurant facing beautiful gardens. I was provided extended time for checkout free of charge to catch up our delayed flight. Stable internet and solar energy guaranteed our security. Humble staff and owner charting with me in a friendly manner. It is value for money and I recommend for anyone to stay

Lack of proper training and exposure for some staff not all this can be resolved by permanent training programs.

A lovely getaway from busy Mwanza . The hotel is comfortable and quiet with a nice swimming pool. The food was really good , best to get your order in a couple of hours before you want to eat . Rooms have hot water and a nice seating area outside . Easy to get a Bolt to / from town for around 6000 TZS

Another comfortable outdoor chair would be nice as we had to take turns in the one provided

The property was in a beautiful setting on top of a hill overlooking the lake. It is a beautiful side of the city. Lovely surroundings. The rooms were perfect. Clean. Well thought through and t very comfortable. The staff were lovely. All very helpful. The owner is a wonderful man, incredibly interesting talk with and very welcoming. Was a perfect stay.

There was nothing I didn’t like apart from having to leave

The staff were so lovely and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, and they even gave me some great transport deals. The hotel was beautiful and had a great view, and I enjoyed being able to swim every morning before breakfast.

It's a little remote from Mwanza, which means there's a great landscape around, but does require 15 minutes to get into town (on motorbike)

Amazing place. The people are amazing. The owner, Donald, is an absolute gentleman who goes above and beyond to a make people welcome and feel a home. The staff are so courteous. The building and the room was very confortable and the environment was perfect. Very peaceful and quiet place. The staff and the owner very kind and helpful, so we're very greatful. Everything was perfect even more than we expected.

Quiet, friendly staff, we were very impressed by the fact that we were given access to the hotel vehicle when we required it and at very reasonable rates. The breakfast was good.

It is quite a distance from town which made it difficult to get taxis easily (but the owner of the hotel was extremely accommodating regarding transportation).
