Ara, front desk man, was great. Very helpful, very kind and I believe is the only one there that speaks English. A great guy. The hotel is very lucky to have him. I paid $22 I think for a bed in a great location with a pool and sauna. Pool was perfect temperature for winter, much better than much more expensive hotel pool in Yerevan. Room had everything you needed. TV had many international channels. Shower had nice hot water.

Bed was not so comfy, but for $22 w/location, pool/sauna I would do again anytime. Bed was up a laddrer but I knew that before. Light in hall was unwelcome as there is no curtain upstairs.

The hotel is centrally located in Gyumri. It is an old hotel with an aristocratic atmosphere. Although the furniture in the room is a bit older in style, it is of extremely high quality and well-preserved. There is a sofa, table and chairs inside. The rooms are spacious and clean. The presence of a sauna and a swimming pool is an additional extra. The buffet breakfast is delicious and rich. The staff is friendly and ready to help.

Minor recommendations from our site that would like ti see fixed 1. There wasn’t bottled water, only the glass are provided 2. There wasn’t any coffee or tea 3. The hair dryer was very uncomfortable in use and took long time even for short hair

Location is good, the staff were helpful. Room was good for 1 pax. I knew the room size was small ahead of time while booking so it was actually ok for me.

Not that I didn’t like it but do take note that it is a loft. The steps can be a bit narrow. It may be hard to manoeuvre for someone who is on the slightly heavier side. Especially coming up and down the stairs. But for me I have no problem.

The hotel is in a nice area of Gyumri's historic centre. The lobby has an impressive marble staircase and definite wow factor. The double rooms are large, with comfortable beds and high-quality linen. The breakfast was very generously catered.

Some of the rooms have fixed metal shutters that mean you have to stand on the windowsill to see out -- I would have felt very uncomfortable if I'd stayed more than one night. There was a large crack in the basin that didn't look very attractive.

Perfect location in the city of Gyumri. Quick check in and excellent communication. The room was perfect for us. Very comfortable beds in bedroom upstairs with narrow steps (this may not suit travelers with reduced mobility). We were really very satisfied! Perfect for backpackers.

I can't say anything. Great accommodation for us! As I write above, it is necessary to realize that the cheap room has steps to the sleeping floor. But that's not a negative. It is clearly visible in the photos.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly cozy and warm, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The convenience of having a restaurant on-site was fantastic, offering delicious meals just steps away. Moreover, being in the heart of the city center made exploring so convenient. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!

A decent and comfortable hotel close to the centre. This was all about location as it is close to restaurants and sights, but in a quiet area. Good breakfast. We had an exceptionally large room.

No complaints, the hotel isn't fancy but has everything that you need.

Brilliant location. Flamboyant entrance lobby and staircase to the 2nd floor. Beautiful roof dome with windows. Room was OK, bathroom very nice. Parking garage available. Generally... very good value for the money.

Breakfast was very basic.... but served the purpose for 2000 AMD = you're getting what you're paying for.
