Overall, the room was great. As a sanay-sa-aircon girlie, I'm highly satisfied with the temperature of the room—it was FREEZING (but I love it anyway). The beds were also very comfortable. Since discovering this place, I never went to any other hotel. Great place for its price. Oh and lots of taxis in this area too.

The only problem I had was that there was only one chair in our room. I told the staff multiple times that we needed one more chair but they kept telling us to wait. Until the end of my stay I wasn't able to get a chair lol my mom and I had to share while eating.

Friendly and accommodating staff

There were no complimentary water, shampoo, soap, coffee etc. unlike before. It's hard for us to know if it's already daytime since our room has been covered by another building. Maybe, it would had been better if I didn't accept the free upgrade of the room.

The down button of the elevator in the 4th floor is malfunctioning at that time. Sometimes, we have to go down to the 3rd floor by stairs before we can use the elevator going to the ground floor. Anyway, that can easily be addressed.

Value for money, rooms are comfortable and big just a little bit old .The location is great , eaay access to transport and walking distance to all.malls and restaurants

None actually but one stay I hqd , tge AC is dripping water unto my hanged clothes in the cabinet No hot water making kettle, have to buy my small hot water kettle, for one morning I requeasted hot water , the frint desk advised they don't have water for boiking, so I hqve to go down the lobby with my water and had it boiled ..inconvenient

It was very luxury my niece said she was very happy the staff are very accommodating and friendly. And all you need are walking distance. My niece and cousin that stays here feeling safe and it was great evrything is excellent…

Nothing I know off…

The place is being renovated so there was some noise issue during day but not night. The staff made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed ir should be better in future, staff The biggest positive....

It is beside jollibee with 24 hrs service. Near to SM Downtown, Gaisano, and Centrio Mall Ayala.

I did not know that there's a plus bldg with good facility beside this hotel and never did mentioned here in booking. I was booked in old bldg though which is unacceptable.

Accomodating and friendly

Friendly and helpfull personel, nice room near the big malls and near Jolibee. Feels like home. Area feels safe.

WiFi not always strong. Breakfast is cheap but not to many choises.

Location

Although I am responsible for my things. I left an item at the hotel, I tried calling and no one answered. A phone call would have been appreciated. I got the item back though. Thanks for keeping the item.
