Great choice if walking the 'via Francesco' as it is located a few meters from the turnoff from town. Sergio was a very kind and helpful host. The bed was soft but comfortable. Our room was clean. No working wifi when we were there but that may have been a fluke. We also stayed on a Monday when the only restaurant in town was closed but the host was more than gracious to allow us to use the B&Bs kitchen to make our dinner. Great view from our balcony.

B&B Santa Vittoria is a charming B&B -- the kind they don't seem to make anymore. Our host Sergio was delightful - kind, gracious and helpful. We managed to communicate very well, (sometimes thanks to Google Translate :) Breakfast included delicious local baked goods. The town of Monteleone Sabino is small and picturesque, nestled in the Sabine hills, and the B&B is very central.

The proprietor lived in the complex. He was super helpful. The location was just off the Camino San Francesco which made it easy to get to.

The staff was extremely accommodating. The bathroom in my assigned room was out of order but the host accommodated me in another property close by. They transported me to and from the alternative location, and served me a wonderful breakfast. My room was very clean and comfortable. They did everything possible to make my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay again.

LOCATION: After a day visiting the great historical and national treausures of SABINA, you can only dream about relaxing in the quiet and friendly atmosphere of Monteleone. ACCOMODATION: The comfortable bed in the little and cosy room, plus the shower with the lights and the amazing view create the most beautiful environment for an amazing stay. HOST: Sergio travelled all over the world and you can see that in the way he welcomes people.

That was a wonderful B&B, especially Sergio, the host, was incredibly friendly. He drove us everywhere, we wanted to. Die example: we travelled by bicycle and wanted visit a restaurant 8 km away for dinner in the evening. Sergio brought us there and picked us up again. Great service!

I consider the room to be expensive at 100€ per night, so I thought we would've had hot water (the shower was only luke warm) and breakfast to include yoghurt & juice... it was very basic. However, Sergio did make us two coffees!
